Maybe there will be fewer"HOT TAKES" in the thread where his name is spelled right.

Ok, Navi, I'm onboard. Dude deserves to have his name spelled correctly...especially if has the potential to have a 100 pages in his thread.
Here's my lukewarm take, more of an observation after looking at all the clips I could find.
He has a very interesting body type for a mid...kind of doughy. Obviously it isn't slowing him down at all, but he's 18 and training non-stop at a high level. You'd think he would be leaner. Is it still teenage baby fat or will he get much bigger and heavier, and possibly slower, as he matures. I'm not dogging him, I just think he has a very atypical body type for a young mid...which could be a great benefit in central midfield if he maintains his speed and quickness as he matures.

As for the babyfat, we'll see.

Ha you mean he's not the savior of USMNT at CM before his first season with the first team?

The other thread already has a lot of posts though, including the first conversations about him here that will be cool to look back at some day. And it's kind of funny. If he becomes a legend someday, it'll remind us of when no one knew who he was or could spell his name right.

Damn navi, by here did you mean ESPN?
I'm so souped that McKens is getting heavy run. I have to believe he's going to be utilized at the very least as a sub. Eh, I don't have to I guess... more like hope..

I don't know where it's playing or if its def available to us.
I don't think McKennie is playing this half, or at least I can't see him in the video.

Ok, i have seen him for 15 minutes now. He is much faster than i thought he'd be, capable of blazing by people. Exceptional vision and ball control. He can play for sure.

Video at bottom of this page shows him goofing off with his teammates, seems like a confident kid.
