Average: Hyndman (don't know enough about him), Bedoya (so many shots to the moon), Arriola, Acosta (this Gold Cup has dropped him down to average), McCarty, JJones, Saeif, Lee Nyugen, LGooch, Corona
@2tone interested as to why no Fabio. His versatility has to be esential

There is no way on Earth Rowe is better than Lee Nguyen.
If you're saying these rankings are to show who can best contribute to our team probably but even then I think Lee properly placed can still give us quality.

Just based on current info on intl level. I agree, if Lee Nguyen was given chances he'd probably rise higher. Still, the core point is that Arena is not picking the best midfielders (those who can pass, be creative, and HAVE CONFIDENCE/GRIT). He seems to give players a shot, then gives up on them, and ends up playing favorites with the subpar players (who probably play well in practice): ie. Zusi, Bedoya, etc.
At some point, yeah. Isn't he having a crap season right now??

Injury issues were hurting him, he'll get back in form, plus he is young. He has a lot of qualities that fit the international game, speed and dribbling skill.

Ok, navi, I'll play your little game.
I'm not going to count 4-2-3-1 wingers who would not be 4-4-2 wingers (Morris, McNamara, etc)
I am partly adjusting for what I know about their present form.
There is no particular order to the names in a given tier.
Tier 1: Pulisic
Tier 2: Bradley (not as AM, must have at least 3 in front of him)
Cameron (whom we need elsewhere), FabJo, Nagbe
Tier 2.1:
Lletget (if he comes back well), Nguyen, Saief
Tier 3, the crowded tier:
Acosta, Corona, Feilhaber, Klejstan, Rowe, Williams
(also, this is where I'd put Villafaña as WB or 4-4-2 mid, and Yedlin as WB)
Tier 3.1, the 'need more info ASAP' tier:
Arriola, Gooch, Hairston, Hyndman, Manneh,
Roldan (can't judge him on one game, guys)
Tier 4, the shrug tier:
Bedoya, McCarty (his experience should have had him look less shaky), Zardes (needs to make progress)
Tier 4.1, the players to track tier:
Finlay, Ibarra, Polster, Trapp, buncha U-20 players like Adams (not playing much?) and Jones and De La Torre, Kitchen, Morales, Torres (I have no idea how he's doing)
Tier 5, thanks but no thanks:
Pontius (too slow), Shea (maybe too dumb to own a pair of scissors), Diskerud (unless he plays his way back into the picture)
Tier #?, the dudes I don't know about: Kiesewetter, Rubin, the guy I forgot about on purpose to make you mad, buncha other dudes I don't know about

Yeah, Saief should be on my 3.1 tier.
I wish I could say I was drunk for that, but I'm not.

What premier or Bundesluga team do you think bradley, Klejstein, Corona or Rowe could start for right now? Let alone be a 1st team regular.

Bradley - Put him in the same caliber as Chandler. The group of teams that fight to get the last Europa League spot.
Sacha K - Teams trying to avoid relegation that need a veteran to avoid the drop until there young guys are ready (Hudds, Hannover, B&A)
Corona - 2.bundes/championship
Rowe - Teams that shouldnt be in relegation fight but ilkely wont push for europe (like Cameon). Think West Ham, Werder Bremen, Wolfsburg (usually), WBA

After the A-team, what is the ranking of midfielders (IN INTERNATIONAL PLAY)? There is not that much depth. I would rank the rest as follows:
Above Average: Rowe, Zardes, DWilliams, Feilhaber, Klejstan, Manneh (a gamble), GCameron (as DM).
Average: Hyndman (don't know enough about him), Bedoya (so many shots to the moon), Arriola, Acosta (this Gold Cup has dropped him down to average), McCarty, JJones, Saeif, Lee Nyugen, LGooch, Corona
Below Average: Roldan, Pontius
(None of us know anything about Weston McKinnie)
