Morris is being used as a normal winger? Someone who whips in crosses, or does he just consistently cut inside?

More of cuttingninside, but he whipped in a cross for Dempsey goal last week.

Well I would certainly prefer that over a Gyasi Zardes winger

During the 2014 World Cup as rightback, Fabian had a very high level of passion and effectiveness. I think it's just a matter of World Cup game or Non-World Cup game that dictates his passion for USMNT. For me he's a leftback on the USMNT.

Agree and fly Chandler on a 787 flight to reduce jet lag across Atlantic we should be good to go.

Are Dwyer and Agudelo injured? Has Bruce Arena gone senile? Wondo won't perform on the USMNT. His MLS form doesn't translate over to the USMNT.

Are Kellyn Rowe, Zardes, Klejstan, Feilhaber, Nyguen all dead or something. How did Cristian Roldan get in?

If Fabian performs badly in midfield again, surely that's that with him being a USMNT midfielder right? I guess not.

I like Bruce but geez man why the heck is Wondo on this roster.

I thought Dwyer and Rowe earned more PT,

Don't need to see Bedoya at this point, Roldan wasn't ready.
We knew zusi would be there-

I thought from limited play Miazga played better than Hedges

O well, the core should get us 6 points

Very disappointing rosters. Bruce again chooses players who have zero value either now or in the future of the team. Getting sick of some of these crap selections....
Rimando - Any number of Keepers should have been selected for the 3rd string keeper spot....Horvath, Hamid, Gonzalez, Steffen
Hedges - Played poorly in the GC against week opposition. Would have much rather seen Miazga called up.
Besler - As great a player he was....at his age he is not worth a roster spot now. Bring in Garza or someone else.
Zusi - I can't stand him at RB. Chandler is a much better option, regardless of his checkered performances with the USMNT.
McCarty - showed in the GC he wasn't up to this level. Give a call to Williams or J. Gonzalez.
Bedoya - Another player who didn't show well in the GC, and hasn't been particularly good at the club level since. Any number of players I'd rather see at this point....Rowe, Gooch, etc.....
Wondo - A player who has proven time and again he isn't able to play at this level. Would much rather see Dwyer, ArJo, Gooch, or Wright get the call over this 35 yr old waste of space.
Roldan - Was not really impressed with him during the GC. Didn't play well, but didn't sh!t the bed either. I'm a little more accepting of this inclusion because he is still somewhat young & versatile, but not exactly a player ready to contribute.

I for one am getting very tired of some of these selections by Bruce. If he does get us qualified I hope to god that he stops calling in these types of crap players.

Standard roster people are upset but who did you expect that wasn't there? Maybe Chandler could say he was snubbed. Cameron at RB it seems...

These are two tough games I would love to see us beat Costa Rica and he has brought the options to get that done. A win in the first game and we are golden. A draw and things get sticky... a loss in game 1 and all hell breaks loose.

Wondo is the worst player who has ever played for the national team, the fact that he keeps getting called up is a joke

And I don't understand why Arena won't include somebody like Williams or Chandler just cause he hasn't seen them, you can at least take them over Beasley or McCarty or Wondo just to watch them in camp and training. There's a whole ESPN article about how he trusts his eye and that's why he takes the players he's seen. Well with that logic you're leaving the good ones in Europe cause your lazy ass won't go watch them but you'll waste roster spots with the likes of Wondo and 60 year old Demarcus Beasley

Nah, Miazga failed to thump the ball downfield and opted for the accurate pass to feet. He also failed to do the mandatory spin and chase the striker sprint that Hedges excels at. Can't have this type of defender in the squad.
