The key is seeing Villafaña perhaps start if he can get back into Santos Lagunas team. I think playing Fabian in the midfield is important as he's not a defender. Johnson makes plays around the box and makes others more dangerous.
Will Zardes be healthy? He can contribute if he is. Ditto Cameron.
Will Guzan continue to see spot starts?
Nobody has really mentioned it yet but Pulisic as a second forward? Get a little more heavyweight in midfield for the away scrap and also gives Pulisic more freedom to roam...

What I hope to see and what we will see is different
But it will be good to see how Bruce will gel the Euro players. Also how he uses CP-the kid is versatile and can be moved. but I think with Benny playing ok we can keep CP on the right bring bent in the middle and johnson on the left.
I really don't care about style of play for the march games, points is what we need
if we get 6 points then we can start experimenting with formations/new players

Altidore Wood
fabjo Lletget Pulisic
........bradley
Beasley Brooks Cam Yedlin
Tim
If cam and Tim are injured still or not at level, I think Bruce will go with his voy OG and Rimando
Now if Villafana is in form and playing for Santos, then throw him in for Bedoya and move Fabian up field.
I'm slightly worried about the GK options. Unless Guzan gets some games, we'll probably see Rimando. It's past his US prime but he's a pro's pro.Howard won't be ready by then.

If All healthy come march i would go 4-1-3-2
--- Woood - Morris -
- Fabian - Feilhaber - Pulisic -
----- Bradley ---
Villafana - Brooks - Cameron - Yedlin -
----- Howard --
Subs Jozy, Klejestan, Lleget
I like your line-up alot
Depending on how Green plays here is a thought as well
--- Woood - Green (I think arena will do morris simply bc he saw him in camp) -
- Fabian - Feilhaber - Pulisic -
----- Bradley (would like to see cameron here)---
Villafana - Brooks - Cameron(birnbaum/ccv(at some point) - Yedlin -
----- --

A lot of questions and possible combinations if you ask me. I'm not like most of the other jackasses on here in that I will defer to form and Bruce's scouting.
- I prefer 2 forwards. If this is the case, easy decision - Jozy, Wood.
- FJ in the mid. I think that will motivate him. Not to mention his better position.
Hinges on whether we have decent left back, which I'm not convinced we do. But we all WANT FJ to be a mid. Garza and VF have 8 weeks to impress at club. I guess - Robbie Rogers is not a possibility (I'm not pushing for him necessarily but he's on Bruce's radar).
- Pulisic is a mid. Either outside or center.
- I guess Bradley is a lock at 6. So is it 5 in midfield or 4? I don't get the sense that Pulisic is the guy (yet) to be more advanced center mid in a 4 person mid.
Bunch of options at CB that I don't care too much about too much. It's Brooks and. . .
- Cameron is out.
- RB definitely a question mark - Chandler, Zusi, or Yedlin. If Yedlin has been playing at RB then I lean to him. If not I guess I lean to Chandler (I hear he's doing well at his club). I don't think it's possible to have RBs as different as Zusi and Yedlin. Any news on Yedlin making ANY progress on being able to make simple passes, keep possession, and make the right decisions??
And goalie? Jesus. Can't remember the last time I was a little scared about goalie. Rimando is such a great saver, but I hold my breath with him on every corner.

Including Arriola and Hyndman just seem like no brainers to me.
Bradley's limitations to keep the ball under pressure, lacking the pace and range to break up counters, and play the ball forward make it difficult to understand why he's so irreplaceable when CDM is our deepest position.
Morris has a big opportunity to improve 1st touch, left foot, 1st time ball striking. Against good teams, you get 1 or 2 chances so quality matters. Against South American, some Concacaf, and African teams, Morris' "speed" is avg.
Yedlin is the best athlete on the team, but his IQ, positional awareness, and technique aren't on par with Chandler's at all.

I don't see the fascination with Green right now. Not even starting for Stuttgart.
I think he has potential, but I wouldn't play him over Morris.
