Yes, the Boateng injury was most likely a big hit, especially as he became a more consistent player.

All I am saying is that the last thing I'd want to do is blame each over-32 player individually when I can't blame any one of them for wanting one... more... season....

I would blame the coach and office for this. On that side of it, I don't even see how it was a good idea.

The hot-and-cold chemistry problems I guess I'd blame every last person for. Those were pretty dramatic.

I don't blame players for wanting one more day/year of playing. But a front office and/or the manager should know better than to pack an entire team with players on their last legs. The older a player is the greater the chance of injury and the longer it takes for them to recover. You may be able to get away with this type of activity every once in a while, but you can't sustain it long term. The Galaxy and the Impact will both need to overhaul their teams this off-season due to the age of their players.
