Polls in England close in about an hour and 20 minutes. What happens with the EPL and foreign born players if England leaves the EU? Will that effect the transfer market this year?

It would have a profound effect on the EPL if they leave the EU.

The way their system works now, all EU players are grandfathered in and those that are not EU are subjected to a graduating scale related to their home nations FIFA rankings and the percentage of matches played for your country.

Using Dmitri Payet of France as an example, under the new rules he would not automatically qualify for a work permit in England. France is ranked 17th in the world so Payet would have to play 50% of the French international matches the previous 12 months, something he has not done.

For American players...with our ranking of 31 anyone wanting to play in England would have to have played 75% of our matches. Players like Matt Miazga, who qualifies automatically now because of his Polish passport, would then have to be judged as an American...and he would fall short of automatic qualification.

Looking like Brexit will win. Maybe a 52-48% margin

Alright, well if exit polls in the UK are anything like those in the US Democratic Primary, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN! LOL! Plus one of Britain's best pollsters saying Exit looks likely, so who knows.

I mean they were somewhat accurate it's just run by a pollster and not a news organization. CNN had that one for New York that ended up being way low on Clinton. Sometimes I wonder if they do it to not be factual but make it a horse race. And then for California, it was day of voters not the people who mailed. A majority of voters here vote by mail.

I agree. Should the Yanks Abroad posters take a trip to England this year since the Pound is falling as we speak?

Yup, fallen 11% to the dollar in the last couple hours. I'm in for the Yanks-Abroad field trip as long as the airline prices aren't jacked up!

Amazing. Now watch Scotland have another independence referendum vote to leave the UK.
