Pulisic is the smallest dude on the USA MNT when he's out there, he tackles better than 7 of them.

Size means nothing when the ball is on the ground and not being carried up top with your arms. If you're getting bodied you're doing it wrong. Look how Silva won tackles against Pogba in the Manchester derby.

U-17s are currently playing Turkey on Facebook Live. Carleton, Sargent and Akinola are all starting.

And the US just dominated 2nd half. Sargent has three goals and at least 2 assists in the tourney so far

I turned it off before the US scored so that my daughter could watch cartoons. I'll have to find highlights. How did Carleton look?

US beat Portugal 7-1 the other day and beat turkey 5-1 last night. I don't care about the wins but 12 goals in two games against good euro nations is a great sign. Akinola, Sargent, and Carleton ar insane together. again results don't matter at this level, it's style of play and individual player skills.

On a side note Carleton is pretty much going to prove mls rig or wrong in the pulisic argument. Mls defenders say if pulisic was in mls he'd have gotten plenty of minutes. Well Carleton doesn't seem to be to far behind where pulisic was two years ago. If an expansion team doesn't give him minutes then it proves mls is broken and needs an overhaul as they'll never play young guys (not 22 yr old rookies, young guys)

Carleton, Akinola and Sargent have been incredible. Super dynamic passing and moving and very quick decision making has been quite impressive. Looks like the US are playing younger players with how much quicker play and ball movement they are playing with.

Also George Acosta looks incredibly smooth with the ball as a #10 for this group, fun team to watch these last two games and very cool USsoccer youtube channel put up the full games to watch back anytime. Showdown against Brazil for the title tomorrow.

I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, ladies and gentlemen, but Michael Orozco will start for the US men's national team in Jacksonville.
