Can add Arriola, Moreno, Requejo, & Guido to the list of Yanks potentially on the move.

Tijuana looks ready to blow it up. They listed every single player available for transfer means if someone wants them they can have them. I bet Arriola moves on and Moreno. Maybe the others stay and get roles for next year but it looks like Tijuana may be anticipating getting relegated soon.

I also think steffen is a better keeper than cropper right now. However if Guzan follows Howard to mls the only American keepers in Europe are those three. If cropper is starting in championship or an equivalent league and steffen is playing in reserves I would bet Juergen brigs in cropper. Add in the fact that he's already called in cropper a few times and I think it's obvious Juergen rates him.

Cropper was called into USMNT camps in Europe as an extra body. A 4th keeper to allow for small sided scrimmages/games. These call ups occurred before much was known about Steffen or Horvath. Since their brake out at the U-20 WC their stock has risen very quickly. To the point where Horvath became the U-23 first choice keeper during the Olympic play-off games.
If Cropper doesn't find a new home where he'll get 1st team minutes he'll likely fall further behind Horvath....and will likely be overtaken by Steffen. Another thing to remember is that both Horvath & Steffen are younger than Cropper so can be considered as having more upside or given more opportunity to succeed.

Cropper was the first choice GK for much of the 2nd half of the season...He is playing regularly. Doesn't need a new home.

Zendejas on his way to Chivas for 500K. Huge amount for a guy with his experience from MLS (in Europe it wouldnt be much but baby steps). Surprised FCD would give up on him this early given MLS usually doesnt sell youth players too often.

Hopefully he can still play with US even though he's with Chivas

Kyle Scott is training with Willem II in Eredivise. Would love to see that happen. Netherlands is a great place for young attacking players to go. Maybe Chelsea figures out a loan to buy type deal.

I wish they would have kept him but who knows the true details of the situation. The player might have preferred the move. As far as the value of the transfer, Poku just went for 750k so that puts in perspective just how sizeable of an investment Chivas made in Zendejas, whom you pointed out, has hardly any professional experience.

He put in a transfer request so when he goes it will probably be a straight sell. I doubt the transfer fee will be very high, but the sell on percentage will be.

Definitely not Young Americans or USMNT worthy, but Oguchi Onyewu is on a 10 day trial with Rangers. Good luck Gooch!

Bournemouth just paid a rumored 5m to bring in attacking midfielder/winger Lys Mousset from France. He tore up Ligue 2 in France (14 goals in 28 games) and has been a part of the France U20 squad. Not sure if Bournemouth sees him as a winger/forward or more a central mid but could put a little squeeze on Hyndman for playing time.

They also picked up Ake (young defender from Chelsea) on loan so Miazga has one less guy to compete with if he's not loaned out.

I don't think anyone views Hyndman as a creative forward midfielder... or at least I hope not. He's a proper CM. Deep lying in the mold of Pirlo with a little more dynamism.

Ake is a LB, holding midfielder. I have heard Ake will be playing in the midfield this year...at least to start, so that may affect Hyndman's playing time.

I can't see any outcome other than Miazga being loaned out. His confidence took a hit being yanked in the Swansea match and he hasn't really had a match of any type since. Chelsea are rumored to be on the verge of signing another defender and chasing another one, so that won't help (but they are also rumored to be selling Gary Cahill, so that is something). They also have 2 defenders returning from loans in the Bundesliga, though I dare say only one will stay and get significant minutes.
