In 2012 Jamaica made a huge push to lure in English natives of Jamaican decent. It was around the time that they had their pipe dream of trying to land Raheem Sterling.

In googling the article, they were after 9 players plus Sterling and Morgan wasn't one of them. The funny thing is that his now Leicester partner on the backline Danny Simpson was one of their targets. He's now 29, Wes should be doing everything in his power to recruit him to Jamaica.

Jamaica could be a very good team if they were to recruit the best black English player's since most are Jamaican descent. Maybe if they have a good Copa America they will get some interest from other players same here in usa like Sean Johnson and a few others.

Was Sean John not capped? Did he just play in friendlies?

Sean Johnson started against Costa Rica in the 2013 Gold Cup. He's cap-tied to the US.

To bad he will probably never play in a tournament for USA. Jamaica could of used him i think marvel wynne was a dual also but got cap tied vs Costa rica also.
