Not a real surprise IMO. One bad game after 22 shouldn't be the end, no matter how epic the collapse.

Further confirmation that - as a whole - this tournament has been wildly successful.

Anyone watching the final?

Really fast-paced and hard fought. Both teams are pressing like crazy. It's basically the style we're seeing the game changing to, and I don't like it. There's no good build-up play, neither team can really get anything going, it's just running and pressing, and at some point, there'll be a moment of brilliance maybe from Messi or Suarez or whoever and we'll get a goal. Although I could see this ending 0-0 and going into penalties.

If it's Suarez, I think we'd ALL be surprised. But he's shocked us before, so you never know.

Sanchez, my bad.

The second yellow was a horrible call. Chile down to 10 men. Really disappointing so early on in a final.

This is a crazy final so far. Mayhem everywhere.

Don't ever tell me only CONCACAF refs are shit because this South American ref has been poo poo platter.

Horrible yellow on Messi as well. And then this red card on Rojo?! He got the ball! This game is a complete joke!

The ref is a preening peacock...constantly mugging for the camera. He's made a hash of this game with his poor decisions...Tossing cards around like candy...painting himself into a corner for the second half. Really too bad to see this for the final. The best refs are almost invisible...More conservative with cards, real consistent with foul calls...let's the game flow...This guy's making sure the final is all about him...

Messi chokes. Hard to see him ever winning silverware for Argentina.

Man, I feel awful for Messi. Really bummed the ref was so intrusive and changed the dynamic of the game in the first half. It looked like a manageable game for Argentina.

I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, ladies and gentlemen, but Michael Orozco will start for the US men's national team in Jacksonville.
