Bagged a brace against Ajax A1's over the weekend.

Any word as to whether he'll be involved with this U20 cycle? Realize he suited up last for the Netherlands U18's.

Hope he is, if he keeps scoring I don't see how the u20s can deny him. I see him coming in later on in the cycle and stealing a spot.

But he's a 98 and I'm sure Tab will give the 97s forwards chances first.

Mansaray, Sabbi, Elney, Ebobisse all ahead of him I would say right now. Then there's the 98s Vazquez, Wright, Gallardo..

It's tough to see him suit up for Holland, when you know he could be helping our youth teams. Stupid Richie..

If Tab thinks the 97's are more talented than give them first crack but I see no reason to give 97's a shot over 98's based purely on being older. Sabbi and Mansaray will certainly get a close look. I'd have Kai ahead of all of those 98's listed.

I have Koreniuk and Vazquez on my personal list as best forwards for the 98s. But according to trend at this point so early in the cycle we will see players called up who have been getting the call ups.

That's why I like Tab he gave every prospect a chance last cycle but did it later in the cycles. Tall, CCV, Yomba..etc.

So I expect to see Kai later on and if he continues to score goals. And I was basing him calling up the 97s forwards over 98s based on talent not age. The 97s forwards I listed are playing better soccer than the 98s forwards, maybe not Koreniuk and Vazquez tho.

I hope I'm wrong tho and he gets the call up for the Dallas Cup with the u20s later this month.

If anything Kai should be getting called up to Brad Friedals new u19 youth national team which is for the 98s.

As should Alan Sonora 98 as well, Joel's little bro, who recently trained with Bocas first team.

On anther note Jeremy Ebobisse is going on trial with Hoffenheim soon, would be a good move for him. Bumps him up my forward list going from Duke to Hoffenheim. That's if he makes it and gets PT.

There's a good chance he doesnt accept a US callup. If Netherlands was giving me calls I know I'd probably stay with them. They have a transition coming up soon where they will be moving on from the old guard and will need some guys to step up.

I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, ladies and gentlemen, but Michael Orozco will start for the US men's national team in Jacksonville.
