Its almost like Chelsea is trying to wait out any last second injuries to increase the likelihood for minutes. Either that or they are trying to find a club with good terms on loan or loan to buy pricing.

Still would prefer Sunderland out of all the possiblities mentioned but as long as he goes somewhere that he'll play in either EPL, Championship, bundes, or 2.bundes its a good move for him.

Sounds like Chelsea are trying to keep him close that's why they rejected the move to Eintracht Frankfurt. But it makes no since for 1860 Munich to be going after him if that's the case. I agree, I would love to see him at Sunderland.

Not sure exactly what happened with Frankfurt but I don't think Chelsea rejected the loan..they ended up sending a different young defender there.

My guess is in Chelsea's present predicament he will stay there as emergency cover until they buy a defender. It may be that they are trying to find a place where he can play in a back three as that is the likely way Chelsea will end the season.

Sunderland would be a mixed bag. Kone is on his way out and O'Shea got injured this weekend. He would get minutes from the start but if the results don't turn around for them they will buy experienced central defenders in the January window.

Just read that Miazga rejected the move to 1860 because he feels he could play in a higher level.

Chelsea is close to reacquiring David Luiz so Miazga will almost certainly be loaned out.

According to grant Wahl, the most likely destination will be Espanyol.

Why is he getting screwed by Chelsea? This is what Chelsea does. They loan out young players. Would you rather see him not get any playing time?

And they also Got Demichellis is he goes there he won't even make the Bench will most likely be with their reserves. He should of never gone to chelsea in the first place they always do that with young players terrible place to be at. Hope he finds a team where he can learn and develop and get playing time as well. La liga is a great league to develop and get better but Espanyol just got depth at CB. Doubt he goes there now.

Not what I meant in fact I want him to go on loan because if he doesnt he will be there till January. Because Chelsea struggled to find a CB they kept miazga till now making it that much harder for him to find a club were he can start getting minutes all because no one wants to go to that crap club. Espayol was his destination and now they got reyes instead.
They are screwing him because if they had 0 plans for him this season they should have gotten him out on loan not wait till the last minute. thats what i meant dunlopp

It's not that nobody wants to go to Chelsea, it is the fact that Chelsea does not want to pay over the top.

Still a bit of time in the window left. If they want to loan him, Vitesse is still a possibility. Barring that, he can still play U-23 matches (just like CCV)

Players do want to go there...they pay good wages. They just don't want to pay over the top for their top targets and when they are mentioned as suitors teams tend to add a few million to the asking price.

Besides...they have now purchased David Luiz twice for 56 million and sold him once for 50 million. Not exactly bad business.

And it looks like Miazga will be going to Vitesse...which is always Chelsea's fallback option

ugh that feels like a forced move. Like "here Vitesse take him we dont want him, do whatever you want with him" At least he'll get his chance but did Vitesse really want him? Good luck to him.
No move for GZ right?
