Have to say Miazga is falling down the CB depth chart right now. I would put Miles Robinson and CCV ahead of him right now. Hope to see EPB brought back again.

CCV hasn't even made the game day 18 for 4 matches running. If he isn't injured, I'd think he would be falling farther down the pecking order than Miazga.

Just checked and he's back on the bench.

Still think he's our best CB next to Brooks. Not as good of a passer but I think he has a higher ceiling than Long/Robinson/CCV

Only time will tell, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Robinson starting next to Brooks at the WC.

I can tell Robinson is the real deal. More pace than long, better defensive instincts than Miazga, great 1v1 defending, can step up through pressure with the ball at his feet, and his passing game has continued to get better. And yes I am an optimist about the USMNT making the WC. No way we don't make the WC. The talent pool is only getting better and deeper. And the fight is coming back.

Oh and CCV is getting recalled by Tottenham and sold in January transfer window. Might be why he isn't really been playing with Stoke City.

lol, you are sounding like bjelks.

I have no reason to doubt you. It has become clear that Berhalter either does not rate Miazga or there is a personality conflict.

And GB will have his hands full qualifying for the WC.

How am I sounding like bjelks? Just giving my analysis on Miles Robinson. I'm not the only one who sees that with Robinson. His manager a Dutch defensive legend rates him highly.

Relax...it was not meant to be a slur. It is just whenever someone says something like "I can tell Robinson is the real deal" it reminds me of bjelks. That is all

Miazga has played quite a bit under GB. Other players have simply played better. I feel like GB judged his current skill level about right.

Let's talk facts.
Aaron Long has been a key contributor to the 3 biggest losses of the yr.
3-0 Venezuela, 3-0 Mexico, 2-0 Canada.
Miazga didn't start any of those games and hasn't been on the wrong side of any USA disasters.
GB is the same guy that said Will Trapp is captain material, Bradley is irreplaceable, and Chase Glasper is an intl player.
GB has been completely wrong on all accords since he's started his job and we've been an embarrassment.

Did someone start a conversation about Aaron Long that I missed?
So GB is completely wrong on ALL accounts? ok bro, you starting to sound crazy again! Remember I am one of the guys who would love to see GB replaced and even I don't think he has been wrong on all accounts. What about Miazga makes you think he belongs higher on the depth chart, I have not seen anything special from him?

According to Reading Boss Marc Bowen, Miazga suffered a grade 2 ligament tear in his ankle and will be out "for a significant time".
