Very impressive highlight reel, would love to see what he can do and why not bring him in for a camp?

He'll get a transfer next window, only one year left on his contract he'll have suitors.

Best of luck to him and I hope he gets a call to the MNT in the near future to help his cause for a work permit should a transfer be in his future.

2tone has been advocating for Steve for a while but he just so happens to play our deepest position. At best he's vying for the 3rd spot with 4 other MLS vets.

Yeah he def deserves a callup, but wont get one until he moves to a bigger club or bigger league. I think he is in the mix with johnson and hamid, JK isnt worried in the gk position so he's comfortable with sean and bill as back ups.

A good many people have been advocating for Steve for a while now....I was hoping and actually expecting him to be called in the January Camp but no. Hopefully he will get called into the Gold Cup, he should be called in over Nick.

He's almost 27 - not quite young enough to be "one for the future" like Johnson and Hamid. His competition is Guzan, Rimando, and Hall (plus Kennedy, Perkins, . . . ), all of whom are playing at a higher level. Once he's gotten a move and proven himself in a bigger league, he'll get a shot.

I'm still impressed that MLS scouts managed to miss both Clark and Kennedy.
