Anybody looking to go to any of the games? I would like to go to the US game in Philly but it isn't easy. In classic Concacaf and Conmebol style the communication on the tournament details has been poor.

Apparently tickets are already on sale for MLS season ticket holders. I received an email today that tickets will go on sale tomorrow and that I should watch my inbox for my exclusive offer. The official website says tickets go on sale Feb 3.

They are selling tickets as entire city packages (i.e. you buy all games in Orlando or Philly or Chicago or wherever). They are not selling team packages (this is an insane decision) or individual game tickets.

They might sell individual game tickets if they don't sell out of city packages.

The fact that they are holding off on the group draw until after tickets have been on sale for a month is another mind blowing decision. I'm hearing that the packages start at $160+ which is a lot of money to shell out for C2 vs C4 and D2 vs D3. It's an easier sell if you know what games you're getting.

The MLS season ticket holder pre-sale for Copa tickets started Jan 25th. You could not buy tickets for individual games, just a pass that included all four games, in my case, for Levi's stadium. USA first game, Argentina second game, C-2 V D3 third game and a Quarterfinal game. the passes are expensive, starting at $300 bucks for the nosebleed sections all the way to, I believe, $ 2000 for premium seats. Judging from the seating options I saw just two hours after the start of the pre-sale, the passes were going quickly.

I was surprised that they allowed you to buy up to 8 passes...thought it would be much lower. But it was a one shot deal on the pre-sale. You can't buy 2 and go back and buy more later. From what I understand the MLS pre-sale will end Feb 1st. General public sale starts after that.

US supporter sale began at noon.

The cheaper Rose Bowl seats I pulled up for the first 15 minutes kinda blew as they were End Zone and 60 rows up. Wound up not purchasing...

I'd rather see my USMNT locally anyway.

Looking forward to Sunday in Carson.

Long story short I have the presale code if anyone wants it, granted there are tix left.

You can get tickets a day or two before the game they are much Cheaper. There will be a lot of Resales right before and on game day. For the USA V Mexico game there were tickets going as low as $50 on Game day that they ended up giving some away at the end and they were legit. Heck i already got 4 Free tickets for Sunday's game i'm sure i will end up giving 1 up for free if i can't sell it.
Also on another note great to Hear Fox will be showing the games.

They're really pushing the group draw event next Sunday. I keep getting emails about tickets. It's at the Hammerstein Ballroom which is quite the venue. I hope Raven makes his triumphant return to DDT Jack Warner and leave with the tag team belts.

Off-topic but how do you think CONCACAF teams will fair in this tournament? Specifically teams like Jamaica, Haiti and Panama.

I expect (hope) that the big 3 CONCACAF teams make a good showing during the tournament. Making it at least past the group rounds. The mid level CONCACAF teams (Jamaica, Panama, Honduras) should be expected to pick up some points, but aren't likely to advance. If Haiti even gets a point it should be considered an achievement.

Not trying to disrespect the teams in CONCACAF or disqualifying what teams like Jamaica accomplished in the last Gold Cup. But these teams are over matched and will not have the luxury of having been together for 2 months before the tournament starts as they were at the 2015 GC.

It's tough to say, I mean Panama should have won the 2015 Gold Cup. They outplayed Mexico with 10 men and beat the US. They are more than capable of making some noise in Copa America but my gut says that they'll struggle.

My tickets in Philly have turned out to be for Uruguay vs Venezuela and the US vs Paraguay. I also have Chile vs Panama tickets but I cannot attend the game. Overall I am satisified with the draw.

The final stretch of the English league season is upon us, with several Americans on the verge of relegation with their teams.
