In addition I looked up how many MLS players JK has called up and included in the major tournaments compared to Bradley and Arena (post 2005 when MLS became a legit league). Copa America, Confed Cup, Concacaf, and World Cup.

46% of the players JK has called in have been from the MLS.
40% of the players BB called in were from the MLS.
57% of the players BA called in were from the MLS.

I think the biggest thing there is BA didn't have much of a choice as we just didn't have players playing oversea's as much.

So JK has called in more MLS players than Bradley did despite having more players playing oversea's at his disposal (most of whom he recruited).

Yet JK is blasted for being anti-MLS and not picking MLS players...SMH. Some people just can't see past their own bias.

Just going to call them Donovan's army from now on.

If Michael Bradley transfers to Milan, and he continues to call him up, does that mean that JK still hates the MLS? Or what about if he decides to stop calling him, or calls up Nagbe instead? lol

This is of course just trolling.

You guys do realize many of those players returned from Europe to MLS so he had no choice to call them because they were some of his best players and we didn't have many players in Europe playing well. Dempsey, Bradley, Jozy, Bedoya, Jones. That's like our main core of players.

Jk has public stated that he doesn't rate MLS high that he wants his player's to play at the highest level in Europe. To bad his best players returned to MLS so he had no choice but to continue calling them. So if pulisic came to MLS next season he will continue to call him he won't have much of a choice. At least half of our player pool play in MLS he doesn't have many options abroad.

You love to contradict yourself. If JK hated MLS, he wouldn't continue to call them in once they left Europe to prove a point. If JK hated MLS then why does he continue to call in Wondolowski even though most people think Wondo should not be anywhere close to a US roster?

So basically you are saying JK called them in because they are some of our best players regardless of where they play, no matter if it is MLS or Europe. Completely defeats your point.

The only MLS players he had constantly called were beckerman, Wondo, Rimando, Zusi and besler to some extent during his tenure and Donovan if you wanna include him. The rest Euro guys Just look at the 2014 World Cup roster only 8 MLS players and only like 3 were starters so yeah don't think that's a very high percentage. So yeah when they came back to MLS it was like a slap to the face to jk. He is the one who contradicted himself By Saying he wants players playing at the highest level well guess what we don't have many players playing at a high level so he has no choice to call in MLS players he has no other options.

So is it his fault we do not have players playing at the highest level? He tried to lay out the template and either the players were never good enough to be at the highest level or tried and failed at some point.

Lets not act like MLS is top 10 league in the world or anywhere close. So JK not being so high on MLS is about on par with every other top manager in the world. There is a reason there is no Argentineans, Colombians and Brazilians currently in MLS playing for their national team. The only player playing in MLS for a top national team is Ciman and he is a defender. I think the only attacking players capable of playing for a top national side at the moment is Villa, Giovinco and possibly Pirlo and that is just because they are great player and not a direct product of how good MLS is.

You guys keep singing the praises of Nagbe, I haven't seen much of Nagbe but what I have seen of him, I haven't been impressed so until he becomes more consistent I will not miss him on the national team and it is players like Nagbe, who are seen as these great players in MLS but probably would go to Europe and play for Genk in Belgium or second division German club and do alright.
