I listing to the ESPN Deportes of course most of the topics usually is about more about the Liga MX and Mexico. Funny cause is an radio station in the US and they hardly talk about MLS or USNMT. Anyways thanks for the correction in regard Redbull been in Jersey other the NYCFC.

This entire tread is hard to follow. I thought J. Rossi was a new up & coming talent at the U-8 level or something.

I'm with you on the Gignac about why he move to the MX, But Liga MX is well paid on most of the teams in Mexico. Especially if you move to one of the Big Clubs Like America, Cruz Azul, Pumas, Leon, Toluca, Chivas, Pachuca but the one with the most money is the one up North Monterey & Tigres. Those two can pay well. And that is why Gignac is the and mayge soon will be Rossi, Dorados got Ronaldhino remember and now they want Valdez the ex-Barca goal keeper.

If I was good enough at soccer, I would entertain the thought of moving to Mexico. I lived there and liked it. And I didn't make shit compared to what these guys are pulling in. The only surprise to me is that only really Beasley and Bornstein (of non-Mexican descent) have made the move. I would think more non-Mexican-Americans would consider it as a career destination, for the skill and play of the games as much as the money.

I may be wrong but Mexico has some pretty stingent non-Mexican roster limits. I know it was huge for Tijuana when Arriola gained Mexican passport. MX doesnt want that to happen and my guess is that most Mexican clubs spend their foreigner allotments on South Americans and Euro guys as opposed to Americans.

Bornstein actually is Mexican-American decent on his mother side. She is Mexican I believe.
