we shall see next week when hes on the bench again on a week and a half rest and that bullshit about having to sit out because you took a flight works if your old not a 20 something year old kid fabian played 90 against t&t and took a longer flight to germany and played on saturday 2 days less rest, yedlin is yet to cement his position at sunderland and with this win coming without him on pitch i have my concerns that manager will have found what he feels is a good formula
Cant really compare Fab's standing with Mblach to Yedlins.
Sunderland has very few other international guys. So the rest of the team pretty much got a full weeks worth of practice in. BM has several other international guys so its not like Fab was the only one missing. Also its not a stretch to say that Fab is further ahead of his backup then Yedlin (who just took over as starter) so a week of practice for Yedlin's backup was enough for the coach to give him the start.
Also Sunderland, although they won, were dominated by Crystal palace, at home. I doubt the manager can review the tape and think that starting XI could prevent being relegated.

Anyway back to the post. I see this as a temporary thing. Sunderland is trying to find any lineup to win some games. They lost and Yedlin wasn't the problem. So he goes back in very soon. It would be worse if Sunderland won and Yedlin was not involved. Yedlin has to find out his true position especially in an Allardyce side. Worst manager for a player like him.

We can thank Jurgen for getting him back into the starting XI.

Eat that crow.
Yedlin starting and playing well. So it must be JK's doing that Yedlin is starting today? Since it's his fault he didn't start last week, right?

Good Cameron is a better CB anyway. The fact Cameron has been benched is laughable.

I didn't get a chance to see the full game. Was yedlin solid overall?
Hope Cameron gets back into the XI. No reason for him to be taken out IMO.

To be fair the RB yedlin replaced was suspend is what the commentators mentioned. Hopefully this show warrants another start
