Honduras 1 Haiti 2.

Haiti with the shock win and comes out of the group in second place.

I have to root for this to happen, if only because Haiti's style is more creative.

This is what I'd go with:

Zardes / Johannsson
Mix
Zusi / Bedoya
Morales
Fabian / JAB / Alvarado / Chandler
Yarbrough

It seems wrong to bring San Zusi to the Gold Cup, play him in two games and then not let him have a go against Panama. I think he has a legitimate chance to draw a red card a la Cobi vs Mexico in the 2002 WC.

Shoot Zusi picked up a knock and is out tonight and it's not even from Panama!

Alright throw Ale out left and Yedlin at RM.

Zusi shouldn't have made the 23. Given that he did, any number of players should have taken his minutes.

I'm changing my back line as I didn't think this through. I want Fabian at RB because that's where he belongs when Beasley comes in at LB.

Garza - JAB - Alvarado - Fabian

I really like this lineup. If we're going to go with a competitive team, this will do. I'm surprised that Wondo gets the nod over Johannsson but I'll take it.

Morales will be cap tied!

Wondo over Bacon sucks.

I assume that Morales and Bedoya will stay narrow at least some of the time?

Other than wondo over Aron I like this lineup. Yedlin for bedoya at the half or 60' mark. Mixx for bradley. Good to see that defense back together.

iceman sure will get his minutes after half right? Like the line up with Zardes given the chance to build on his performance. So this is a diamond meaning morales is LCM or is he expected to bring width play? More experience for Alvarado and Brooks and even Chandler who needs to improve. Get to see Bedoya question is... is he 100%?

Morales has just as much offensive skill as mixx. He's probably a better passer and has better touch. I think morales is the heir apparent for beckerman so mine as well cap tie him now and then integrate him in the sept friendlies
