... and that's the player that Bradley uses to pull strings for.. =(

Common ownership, remember? He's not leaving DC, just going to stay fit and train.

Damn you're right, I forgot about that. My bad, but still, I'm sure giving trials like that aren't making the locals happy, unless of course, it's just non news over there.

Yes but you never know what will happen once he arrives. Some of the saves Hamid makes are World Class.

If they could iron out Hamid's occassional mistakes they could land a Keeper with all the natural tools. That said, I'd rather see Hamid go to a different league where he could get playing time.

No chance Hamid could get a work permit. Theres been much better players, more on the fringe of the US (Agudelo), and younger, that couldnt get the permit

He would likely argue for exceptional talent, and being that he recently won the GKOTY award in a country known for producing EPL level GK, he could at least in theory have a leg to stand on.

Hamid is headed to FC Midtjylland in Denmark. He has been a beast for a number of years and will be missed at United.

A terrific move as long as he gets playing time.

Yeah i think Midtjylland gave him the chance the start.

Frankfurt also wanted him but as the no 2 to Hradecky.

This is great (assuming he gets PT). Wish it would've happened a few years ago, but better late than never. I wonder how high he can go. He's the most talented keeper of his generation, and I think he can climb the ladder higher than Midtjylland. That is one tough word to spell.

Interestingly, Midtjylland is Markus Halsti's current club. I wonder how much influence Halsti had on this decision? At a minimum surely Midtjylland would have asked him for his opinion on Hamid as a player and locker room presence.
