Bradley carried the team.. He played in his preferred position!!! JK got pressured to play players in their prefferred position and look at the results we got.. So I give more credit to Bradley than to JK.. And let's not forget we beat a B team from Germany they were missing key players but so were we. The assistant coaches sewers more credit than JK. See what happens when you play them in their normal most comfortable positions you get positive results..
Lol. Just completely lost the plot. I suppose you think Bradley made the subs to bring in Morris, Wood and Yedlin?
Give it a rest, man. Jurgen is killing it right now.

@snipes- Brooks and Alvarado are a must pairing for me in the Gold Cup as well. I want to see them have an opportunity to grow and the intensity of the Gold Cup will be a good test for them.

Have a feeling The USA will jump a few spots in the FIFA rankings now.

I think the backline in the gold cup would be Beasley, Gonzo, Brooks, Chandler.

The goal was his fault it was horrible marking but when at LB he was strong going forward and play solid D
I'll wait for Chandler not to be apathetic, one-footed and at fault for as many games as he has been all three of those, before I say a nice word about him.

Chandler was pretty good using his left foot in the second half today, which was surprising.

While people will disagree with klinsmanns selections he has done an excellent job of getting dual nationals to play for the us which has deepened the us pool of players quite a bit. He identifies young talent well and gives them a positive place to grow. I feel pretty confident for 2018 with him as the head coach this is a results business and he has done extremely well against european sides in friendlies has won the gold cup and took us out of the group of death. Plus todays style of play along with the game against holland the us usually doesnt outscore elite teams but that seems to be changing.

also, i haven't gotten through the thread yet, I'm real campbell right now
But do we still hate Beckerman, because I really think we should stop. He's pretty damn good, and he's ALWAYS looking for Bradley.
(hint: that is a great thing)
And this game was tale of two halves, and the half he was in, Kheidera stepped in the room, bolstered their midfield, and lost the possession game to us... word....
Also, I don't think I ever bashed wood, morris, but forget it, I'll castigate myself for any doubts I had.
Klinsmann knows what he wants to see, and it looks like those guys. They're not better than our better options, but they are what Klinsmann wants to see... lol oddly enoguh yedlin up there wtih them...
I really want to know if he has enough ...I dont know, I don't think it's courage, it would be more craziness... to go with that type of setup ... because they do NOT look like Dempsey and Altidore

you don't know soccer son. Alvarado was good in possession both games. His lateral agility is fantastic. He is confident on the ball, and a good compliment to Brooks.

On Agudelo, for the folks that criticize Jozy as being lazy, any comments re: Agudelo? He didn't appear to be particularly engaged.
And as a side note...the ESPN ratings were out. Whomever did the ratings said in regards to Wood that it was "unfortunate" that players entering after the 70th minute don't receive grades. Is that just an ESPN thing or does that happen for all folks that are doing ratings?
