Man it's getting so old seeing all of these Mexico fans in U.S. stadiums. I'll admit I can't stand it. It drives me crazy.

i guarantee most of these Mexico fans at arrowhead were born in the US.

It's also going to drive me crazy to see the Alamodome at least 60% Mexico fans.

Don't you know that stats don't matter when it comes to the USMNT under Klinsmann! Sarcasm.

Absolutely telling stat on how far the USMNT has come under Klinsmann in 3 and half years.

i agree with you either way Doesn't it bother you even more to have all these non Born USA Soccer players playing for USA ???? I would be more bother about that.
And the worst part is that it will keep growing. I remember back in the 90's no one went to watch Mexico games here in USA.

That's what we call xenophobia. Look it up.

-I thought Brooks looked very solid.
-I thought Morales was going to be a dud (again) at left mid. Turns out, he was. Jurgen, he's not a wide midfielder.
-I thought Gyasi was fine. Gotta finish that chance.
-Jozy, you big dumb dumb.
-Shea still has a lot of work to do on the defensive side of his game, but so far, the left back experiment with him is working.
-I can't wait until the senior team has a central attacking midfielder who can create ahead of him.

Uhm, no it doesn't bother me that USMNT players not born in the USA are playing for the USA.

Boyd, Jones, Chandler, Williams, Johnson, Green, Brooks are all children of US service men.

I am absolutely fine with naturalized US citizens suiting up for the USMNT as well. I can't wait to see what Zelalem and Nagbe can bring to the USMNT.

Weren't you stating at one time that you hope that the Funes Mori brothers would get US citizenship? Neither were born in the USA.

Yeah this big explosion of Mexican-American fans supporting Mexico has happened since the USMNT started to dominate Mexico in the late 90's into the 2000's. A lot just assumed it was a given that Mexico would win.

Now There are a lot of Mexican-American fans that only support the USA, and I see that number growing in the next 20 years.

Ohh and for your information over 80% of those fans are Born in Mexico. We are probably 3rd or even less in soccer fan base in USA. Trust me all those Mexicans you see in Kc or anywhere north of our country most are born in Mexico. And yes i was Hoping Funes Mori would get his citizenship why ??? because he is wayyy better than any defender we have and 10 xs btter than Fabian Johnson In case you did not dee Argentina Called him up and started and he is in the plans for Copa America. Fabian will never be in the plans for a Euro cup for Germany.

So you were hoping Funes Mori would get citizenship and yet you are the biggest proponent against Foreign born USMNT players? Doesn't add up bud. To me it seems like you have some kind of misguided angst towards European born players. I will say this Fabian Johnson was an integral part of Germany's 2009 U-23 Euro cup winning team.

Can't really say over 80% of those fans were born in Mexico. You don't have the relevant information to back that up. That is called an opinion based comment.

That's good for Funes Mori. He was never going to be able to play for the USA anyways. So why pine over said player?

Dude trust me i know. I'm from LA and have Mexican friends and i hear their stories. Most of them are from mexico even the teenagers and kids. and why does it matter if their born here they are loyal where they come from well their ancestry. Get used to it buddy Mexicans will outnumber USA fans for the next 100 years at least in 80% of this country. And for Funes Mori i was curious if he could play for USA because green, zelalem and others will never be as close as good as him he is the biggest prospect USA was close to not even rossi or subotic when is all set and done trust me he will be one of the best defenders in the world in a couple years. Real Madrid, Juventus, and Barcelona have expressed huge interest and even discussed transfer fees for him.

I mean Funes Mori will most likely be in the Copa America squad. I would bet anything green and zelalem will not be close to making Germany's WC or Euro cup squad. And Argentina is the 2nd if not best best team in the World right now and he goes up against the likes of Messi, Higuain, Aguero, Lavezzi, Tevez, Di maria ect in training and has gotten very high praises from them and the coaches.

And for Mexican people born here they will love their country no matter what even deep down. I mean when I went to the gold cup final in 2011 which we were massively outnumbered 95% to 5%. If not more I was with one of my buddies who was 5th generation Mexican and did not speak any Spanish and had never been to Mexico in his life was sporting a Mexican jersey and cheering for them. It is what it is heck even tony romo celebrated their win, and even worst Bocanegra gave them props and was happy for them and the guy is our freaking captain. The point is it doesn't matter they will always have a close connection for them I guess it runs in their blood.

I will laugh if Funes Mori doesn't turn out to be what you think.
