Brad Evans at center back was awful tonight I doubt that experiment continues. Mears at right back with a pretty bad game tonight. I think these problems are easily correctable it was a bad game for seattle move on and I think they will be fine if they make the right tactical moves.

Not entirely sure why Sigi thought Brad Evans at CB was a good Idea. Evans had some bad moments last week and in pre-season as well. I would like to see Lowe get a run out next to Marshall.

Bad day for Mears. Hopefully he rebounds well because the Sounders really don't have much in the way of a decent back-up RB. But this is early days in the season.

I cant believe nobody is talking about the turf in Seattle as the main reason for the bad moments! The ball bounced on every passing sequence and there was barely any combination play. Love the crowd in Seattle, but they need a grass field or a new stadium.

Some very disappointing officiating in week 2- affected 3 games at least- 2 phantom pks, 2 soft red cards mid-game. The only debatable one was the red to Bernardez from SJ.
:C

I should have kept going with refereeing, boys. My bad.

Granted, I didn't get anywhere near pro matches.

Seattle must get their own stadium. Playing on that turf at the Seahawks field is kind of a joke considering the size of their fanbase. Within 5 years I hope.

Yep the Union were absolutely robbed of 3 points in Salt Lake.

Evans was a disaster at CB but I feel bad for him. He's a talented player that gets used everywhere RM, CM, RB and now CB. Hard to find a rhythm playing so many positions.

If Mears continues to struggle I could see Evans sliding over to RB.

Lol. That pitch at Yankee Stadium is a fucking joke. MLS will not be considered a legit league until they can get every team out of football/baseball stadiums. This is embarrassing.

Nemec is terrible, dude can't hit the broad side of a barn. Mullins should start ahead of him.

Highlight of the weekend was Kei Kamara's goal celebration. He set the bar high for the rest of the season.

Intense game between LA and Portland. Man I miss LD.. Nagbe looking good though and him and Arriola were the ones i was excited about to rep the stars and stripes but after that recent youth tournament, it's Nagbe only for the moment. I think he can take LD'S spot or play a similar role.
