The memory of that game isn't sitting well.
Attacking soccer was fouled out of the game on both sides of the ball, but especially against Toronto.

A bad end to a season of referees wrecking games by calling it for the home team.

Skangles, thank yo so much managing the predictions league...a crazy amount of work and much appreciated by all of us.

You're the best in my view...you always make your picks right off the bat, sometimes weeks in advance of the actual games. Without benefit of any info that comes out later...injuries, suspension, etc...

As always, if you get to SJ for a game, the booze is on me.

Of course. I'll be a homer and go with Ian Harkes.

That's a stupid pick, there's no way a player at his position is winning rookie of the year.

Yes, yes, I'm just not sold on this year's incoming class. If Danladi can stay healthy then he's probably the best pick. I like the gamble that Minnesota made taking him over Ebobisse.

Carleton is the most exciting newby to enter the league but I think he's too raw to win rookie of the year especially given the competition he'll face in Atlanta for playing time. That said he undoubtedly would have been my choice for #1 pick had the homegrown concept not been created but I think I would have taken Harkes #2, I'm really pleased that he landed in DC.

Chris_thebassplayer are you going to vouch for Jackson Yueill to redeem himself after the U20 snub?

Skangles, I like what I've seen from Yueill in the preseason. Unfortunately, the midfield is crowed. Quakes brought in Hyka to be a set up man...Tommy T looks like he's ready to crack the line up. I don't see Yueill getting enough minutes to be considered. Unless our new GM Fioranelli, who we are all crazy about, convinces Kinnear to play a different mid heavy formation. I think it might actually happen, but not in time to help Yueill.

Rookie of the year is tough....depends who is in the right situation to get enough playing time with the right amount of talent to get stuff done on the field.

I don't want to clutter up the thread here, but I have to say that FCD, even after playing 3 days earlier, is probably going to beat the Galaxy at home by a few.
