Great we get our Rematch hope we shut them up after that epic celebration they had when they won as if they won the WC.

Yeah it's Jamaica. It's weird because they were showing Costa Rica versus Jamaica yesterday on their website.

Should be a good clash- and a real examination of Richie Williams coaching ability. As lions as he doesn't put that Brandon Vasquez out there again, I'm pretty much ok with whatever he does. Hopefully joe gallardo is recovered by then.

He should be gone regardless if we win. But if he loses he should get fired right after the whistle blows and not allowed in the Locker room or team Hotel. I mean we finished 3rd place that's unacceptable just imagine if the format was the same from last year we would of been out already.

Out of curiosity, is there a single person here who is a fan of Williams? Don't be shy.

Has Vasquez looked that bad in comparison to Haji Wright?

Really hoping Gallardo is ready to go.

No. I wasn't even much of a fan of his as a player. Hopefully the days are over when the US mostly produces players like him - gritty, hard-working, zero technique, sweet-baby-jesus-he-almost-went-to-a-world-cup, etc.

That said, who gives a fuck about results at the youth level (other than a bunch of wing nuts in these forums). Player development is the only thing that matters - that's how he should be judged.

Guys I know they're young but you have to put lot of the blame for being 3rd on the players. First half in each game they looked unbeatable. Second half totally different yet there were no changes. So only big fault on coaches was getting them to keep concentration but a coach can do very little there. Plus, they're dealing with key players not 100% fit.

Yes and no. It is ultimately the players who have to figure it out to get a result but if it has been the same each match where we start well and after HT we come out flat then there is a pattern and the manager needs to address it by either changing his approach at HT or changing personnel.

I think the biggest problem is that the DA is not doing what the creators envisioned. The DA is supposed to be the tippy top and then the best of that go on to our residency. Why oh why if this is such a great model are we struggling with the likes of Jamaica and the like? Pre DA did we ever miss a U17 world cup? Pre DA we made it past the group stage plenty of times. I'm not sold this is our best model. It's so hard here in America with the vast landscape and the thousand of other things our players have offered to them. Please take a look at this article below, makes some valid points. Especially about relegation and promotion.
