Well he has no shot with England and Italy isn't likely either so realistically it is between us and Ireland. On his Chelsea profile he lists himself as American and did tweet after we won the U-20 CONCACAF tournament.
But he would have a tough time making our team as well since McKennie, Adams, Parks and probably Hyndmann are all ahead of him. His lacks their physicality but of the group he is probably the most gifted with the ball.

Scored his first professional goal in Telstar's 2-1 victory over Helmond Sport
I doubt this is a good move for him as he would be better served getting more first team minutes. Still, with Malmo in the Europa League knockouts and cup matches coming up it is possible he could play more...maybe even as early as saturday.

Well it appears no loan materialized and he is out of contract with Chelsea in June.
When he left Telstar there was a firm offer from Ascoli in Serie B for a loan, but he urned it down because there was interest from Swansea and he wanted to test himself in the Championship.
Since his contract is running out and it appears Chelsea have no further use for him, it is a real possibility his contract could be cancelled by mutual consent at any time and he will be a free agent. It would be interesting to see what can do in MLS, but I dare say he would try to stay in England first.

Looks like Scott may get a match with Chelsea after all
But given the number of midfielders we have it may be more likely he opts to play for Ireland. I do not think he has played an official match for England, Ireland, or us, so he may not have to file a switch if he chooses Ireland.

Might have to start a new thread...Kyle Scott at Newcastle

Err...NUFC fans are tearing this kid apart. Not that is a surprise. NUFC fans think the club is bigger than it really is. Hopefully he can prove them wrong and get in the first team.
