Was hoping he might make the bench for the weekend but this is just as good if he sees significant minutes. There's a link there to an "article" showing him training with the first team following the 1-1 FA Cup draw. Seems like they're planning on making use of him immediately.

Yedlin is a great. Look how he took the dye out of his hair etc so he can be humble and professional. He's got a chance at spurs, pochettino is a fantastic manager.

I loved the crazy hair Yedlin had, but Yedlin has matured the past few years.

There has been talk that Yedlin will see first team minutes at least during this January congested schedule. Spurs have Capitol one cup games, FA cup game, and Premiership games.

The fact that they are already throwing him in with the U-21's would suggest that they want him ready for first team duty as soon as possible. He just started training this week with Spurs.

Sounds like he's taking the challenge very seriously and understands he needs to keep his head down and work hard. A great example for younger guys looking to make European moves.

No, we don't know how tough Yedlin is until he (and hopefully this doesn't happen) rides the bench for 1/2 a season in the rain. All those guys say the right stuff at the beginning of the move. Think of about Fredy - that dude was always a great talker.

It's funny how the Europeans all sound like they're reading from the same script. Every one of them says, "it's a dream to play for. . ."

Well looks as though Spurs might sell Kyle Naughton to Leicester so he may be climbing the ladder one rung.

You forget Shea played right away at Stoke and then we never saw him again. Agudelo also earned his way into Utrechts starting lineup pretty quickly. It's not going to be easy for Yedlin.

I wasn't being serious. I don't think this Totenham move is a good idea. I think he will spend next 3 years on various loans.

I dont think this means increased playing time for Yedlin but Kyle Naughton has transferred to Swansea on a 3 year deal.

Kyle Walker is a band-aid. He should be getting hurt anytime now tripping over the end line.

I think it would be tough for him to play well right away. I was hoping for a couple cup matches and EPL sub appearances for the rest of this season before taking on a bigger role for the 15-16 season.
