I think a triangle with Fabian at the top and Magen and Bradley underneath is the way to play it. Either Bradley or magnet can drive forward and combine with Fabian. Would be a strong midfield three. I know I've advocated for this previously but I'd still like to see it.

Nah. I would rather see a traditional 4-3-3 if it was those three:
Morris-----Altidore------Gyau or Rubin
----Nagbe-----Fabian----
--------Bradley------

Yeah. This would be awesome.

Altidore is still our best option as a lone striker. But I think Agudelo or maybe Wood may be legitimate options soon.

Morris is better as a second striker in a 4-4-2 or as a wide fwd in a 4-3-3.

If we played 4-3-3 some time in the future, maybe a couple years, I'd like to see this.

Predicated on Miazga coming through. A gut feeling and leap of faith that Payne is a better natural defender than Yeddy at RB.

Maybe Pelosi gives Ream a run for is money at LB.

I still like Besler over Brooks...Hopefully Brooks steps up, but I like the way Besler manages the line. I'd be absolutely fine if it was Cameron/Besler at the WC, but I'm really optimistic that Miazga will be fine as a starter by 2018 allowing us to also get Cameron at DM

I'm not a Jozy fan...If Wood isn't a better option in a couple years I'm going to be really bummed. I'd give him every minute we're giving Jozy right now...Morris too.

..............Wood..............
...........................Morris
.....Fab.................
.......................Nagbe
..........MB................
...............Cameron...............

Ream.....Besler.....Miazga....Payne

Nagbe slightly ahead of MB

Morris up higher flanking Wood

Fab tucked in a little to combo with MB and Nagbe

Not sure if he's gonna get the assist on that, cause it looks like Stindl got a touch, but what a run by Fabian.

No doubt about the second one.

Wonder if they'll give the first one to him or Stindl?

Stindl. The pass from Fabian was likely going to find Korb anyways, but Stindl got the last touch on it before it reached him.

Also, why does FOX keep calling it the city of Manchester stadium? It's been years since that was its name.

And both Manchester teams scored first. To be fair, both United and City's back lines are not terribly great.

Real shame Gladbach couldn't have picked up some better results earlier on in the UCL campaign. That loss at home to City might turn out to be the difference maker.

Chicharito destroyed them. :/ 15 goals in 12 games. Mexico is shaping up to be scarier than 06.

I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, ladies and gentlemen, but Michael Orozco will start for the US men's national team in Jacksonville.
