I think the recent nolito signing shows the feeling of euro clubs. He gets $14 m euros from man city. He's a 29 yr old journey man with two good seasons for a lower mid table Spanish club. He's bottom barrel depth. Will likely just play cup weeks.

We have a guy like yedlin, 22yr old with good epl experience, still developing, and Sunderland think $5 mil euros is too much.

I'm on board with dolcem's argument. But is it really a bad thing his transfer value will be low? Perhaps that will make it easier for him to leave MLS. It's going to take more than 1 player to transfer over and be a star. The MLS is a decade away from having a 30mil player. If ever.

Who had the more impressive goal this weekend Harrison or Morris. Harrison's was just pure skill and a thing of bueaty. Morris' was power, speed, and pure coldness and a great answer to a goal.

Is Harrison on the verge/path of US citizenship or not. Is he interested in England or USA?

Has said he would love to play here. Not sure when he got his green card to begin the clock for citizenship, if he has gotten one at all yet

And Man U about to spend 20 mil on Irving Lozano from Pachuca. 20 year old. He is really good but 20 mil for a liga mx player? I dont think we have a better player than him in that age group save for Pulisic. Would Pulisic be worth more? I think not but the reason being is because the mexican would probably pay off in sales. Just like the Chicharito marketing move. Jerseys are like what? $60 bucks a pop. Times a lot of mexicans.. That is a lot of money.

meh probably a marketing move. Corona at 20 was much much better. Prob will be loaned out and sold later after. Mexican winger really thrive in Liga MX, apart from Corona i think it become a different story in a league as physical and demanding in the premier league.

To be honest I think Rubio Rubin is better than Lozano. But Lozano does have talent, but against Chile he was found out. He doesn't defend well, and can get easily frustrated.

Oh yeah forgot about Rubio Rubin. His name is fun to say too. I cant wait for our players to be going like that and actually be worth it. Not just to make sales.

Two goals in two minutes for Morris against West Ham. Sounders destroying West Ham 3-0.

I think Sounder fans should pray he slows down a little at least haha. At this rate his on that plane to a top division team in Europe. Even if its West Ham in preseason its still good measurement for him. Good on seattle for representing MLS well, idc if its a preaseason you want to be decent as least.

Has Morris exceeded anyone's expectations of his rookie year?

12 goals and no Dempsey for the past month.

He certainly has for me. Especially if Seattle makes into that last spot for the playoffs.

Last spot? Seattle has two games in hand on SKC and that team just south of Seattle and if they win both those games would only be a point behind RSL. With the way they have been playing they could get as high as 4th.
