Looking at Orlando's roster they have nice attacking options and defenders but they could strengthen their midfield. There's absolutely no need for both Ricketts and Hall.

I'd much rather keep Hall as he's 29 vs Ricketts at 37 but Tally Hall would also land a better return in a trade. Either way they should flip one of them for a midfielder.

Shea is fast and dribbles well, but doesn't have even the SLIGHTEST idea of what to do with the ball when he gets near or in the box. It's completely weird.... either he blacks out or he's never had a good coach...

Obviously taking away from the Brek Shea story but Mix Diskerud situation has taken a very interesting turn. His father is facing potential prosecution from norwiegan authorities for being a loan shark specifically to those who are wealthier in norweigan society with his crimes potentially in the millions of dollars. While some of you might say how does this influence mix diskerud his father is his agent and right now all of his rumored moves are away from europe. If criminal charges did come down in norweigan court his father probably wants to hide very far away from norway. With us and mexico being two possible locations to evade norweigan authorities. I

feel bad for mix who is by all accounts a really likeable and good person having to deal with this weird and akward situation. Plus his dad nixed the deal to columbus in august when he pressed for more money at the last minute both reported by taylor twellman and Grant Wahl. It might be hard to get diskerud to mls simply because mls has had to deal with his father demanding more money at the last minute with columbus. Obviously I dont like spreading rumors or misinformation so I will include a link to the topic.

Brazilian superstar Ronaldinho must return to Queretaro this week or the club will be forced to take action.

That was the ultimatum handed to the 34-year-old former Barcelona player Saturday by Queretaro sporting president Joaquin Beltran following Ronaldinho's failure so far to turn up to preseason training at the Liga MX club.

"If Ronaldinho doesn't come this week, we will make a decision," said Beltran, without going into details. "We feel he's missed a lot of preseason, no-one is above the institution."

Lol, saw this on goal.com. Maybe Ronaldinho is thinking about moving to MLS to he can still go party for two months!

His dad coming to US or Mexico won't help him evade Norwegian law. All they have to do is follow Mixx to find him so don't think that's a good reason he' come west. He needs a new agent and if all you say is true he'll be forced to get one.

Sooooo looks like Salgado is part of Tigres now.. Wonder if he gets real good, will and can Mexico snatch him up being that he has already played for both? Tuca doesn't really play young players but he is thin up front.

For F**K's sake and for the love of God MLS PLEASE PLEASE add a DP slot for American players!

Multiple sources tell me Jozy Altidore and @MLS are in discussions about his return this winter with 3 teams applying. #TFC #RBNY #POR

Would love to see Jozy return to RBNY, I always like when MLS players return to their old club. Call it nostalgia.

With RBNY firing Petke, if they sign Altidore they should make a play for Agudelo and it would be Bob Bradley's wet dream.

so the nostalgia part- I agree if Jozy returns it should be to NY. I wanted Bocanegra, Beasley, and Pappa when they returned but due to some stupid MLS rules, chicago couldn't sign those guys even though they wanted to come back. There should be some sort of exception considering MLS made $$$ off those players that the club developed. Strange really.
I hope for jozy's sake don Garber doesn't **** this up too. Portland? Really?

Olympiakos makes SHOCK bid for Liverpool's Mario Balotelli ????

NYCFC needs to also make a SHOCK bid for Mario Balotelli. This would be a bigger signing than Lampard and Gerrard!

Balotelli rejected the Olympiakos move! Nice

Crazy to think it would cost $25 million to Jozy Altidore NYRB. I wonder what the cost of Emmanuel Adebayor is?

Also heard the new CBA agreement could possibly remove Alonso from being a DP, opening a new DP spot for Seattle. I hope that happens with Gonzalez on LA.

Orlando City is looking at a sick brazilian youth national team prospect!

Boston wins Olympic bid for 2024.

Could this pave the way for building a soccer specific stadium in Boston in order to host an Olympic soccer game?

I think New England may get their SSS now.
