Another lost and another win by a Mexican club. Sounds like I heard this story before. MLS has to seriously do something for clubs that are in Champs league, they have to make this tournament their #1 priority and not worry about the regular season. MLS credability has dropped significantly, how can we be taken serious if we can't even win a freaking concacaf title. Will we win 1 soon I really don't know but we need changes ASAP. And yes clubs in ccl need to have 4 DPs that should be implemented in our league and another one is depth something we just don't have.

Damn, if that was basketball, Impact would have called a timeout after the second goal, definitely after the third.

There is one MLS team I want to see matched up against Club America and that team is New England. I think that would be an epic match-up.

Wow really, why? Do you think that's our best team or the one given towards attacking the best?

You wouldn't think Sounders or say a team like last year's LA?

Montreal impact players said they were tired after the first half ??? What how they haven't been playing as of late, how could they of possibly gotten tired if they had an extra week. If a team was tired and exhausted no doubt that would be America they played 4 tough games in a span of 10 days and let's not forget the travelling also. Are Liga MX teams more fit than MLS clubs ?? Maybe yes so that's one huge problem we need to address.

They should be more fit. MLS is only 5 weeks into the season.

The most important problem still remains. Raise the cap and the DP number or this will keep happening.

Montreal has been training and playing games/friendlies for a better part of 3 months they should be fit by now as well as the rest of the MLS clubs.
And on Revolution no way they won't beat America they would probably lose by more. Montreal kept it reasonable because they matched them up well.

New England would attack, and not be ultra defensive. New England front 4 are the best in MLS right now, IMO.

Well they should of won MLS Cup so they would of had a chance in the CCl next year to bad because America will be there again. If they can't even qualify to the CCl then i doubt they would beat America maybe 1 out of 5 games i give them.

Well NewEngkand didn't have Juan last year. With Juan New England has the best attack in MLS this year.

I would take that bet. Neutral ground and New England wins.

hhahhaa really Agudelo he was there the year before and they still couldn't qualify. I could say the same America lost important players that left to Europe or other clubs. But yet their still the best.

Yeah and New England didn't have Jones the year before. This New England team IMO is the best int he league currently. And I am a Sounders game.

Well the same was said about Seattle last year best team in the league but couldn't win it. Old man Jones would get torched by Americas Front line. If it was a 2 legged series i think America wins it 7-3 on aggregate.

New England is stacked. They havent even rounded into form due to their injuries. With Jones, Nguyen, Bunbury, Rowe, Caldwell, Davies, Agudelo that is a lot of options at midfield and forward, all guys who are international caliber, or just on the cusp of being international caliber. I didnt even mention Fargundez who has skill but seems to have stagnated some. They could go toe-toe with America.

Anything can happen in a playoff but I'll be shocked if Revs dont win the east this year. I'd also take them in a home and home series vs America.

Now if only we had a real stadium we could get our sorry attendance numbers up

Player by Player America is better. i have no idea what some are thinking you have to be realistic sometimes. I agree Revolution are playing good right now is a long season but lets see if they can stay consistent. At the end you will be judge by TITLES Something they don't have what are they now 0-5 or something like that. America Backed it up by winning their league title and the CCL title. NE has no chance with them they have to prove it. I mean America are the freaking champions of Concacaf and out of the blues revolution could beat them geeeez come on guys. I could say the same i thing USA could go toe to toe with Germany and possibly beat them, but their the World Champs forget it.
