San Jose putting in a good run of results. 2 road draws against new york and la. 2 home wins against Chicago and Seattle. That Dallas game coming up if they can get a win that would put them 3 points and 1 game back from colorado for fifth place. San Jose is getting hot at the right time. The Dallas Colorado game tomorrow is going to be a good one.

Really disappointing coverage from ESPN. Arena football is running over so Seattle vs Houston will start on ESPN News and on WatchESPN. I don't get ESPN News in my coverage so I tried to pull it up on WatchESPN only to find it blocked because it says I don't get ESPN News.

So I'm banned from watching the start of the game because of ESPN's inability to schedule properly? That's crap, it should be on WatchESPN for me as its an ESPN2 program. When does ESPN lose the MLS rights again?

Brad Evans starts at RB and Beasley starts at LB. That's got to have Klinsmann grinning.

Whoa Lalas just said MLS and Jones are $1m apart. He mentioned that New England could be a team that steps up to get the deal done. That's the first I've heard the Revs rumored in the Jones sweepstakes.

I would've liked for OG to have punched Dempsey in their incident. His attitude keeps getting worse. he didn't face off with Baloy like he does with almost anyone that touches him in MLS, he was all pussy and didn't even want the ball. DMB was pretty solid.

As a Seattle fan I am really getting tired of them playing on that plastic pitch, embarrassing field tonight. I really hope the Sounders realize it's time for their own Stadium. Tired of a lot of other Seattle fans still trying to justify playing on that type of field.

Even Portland's brass have stated that they are looking to replace their plastic pitch with natural grass, and Portland's plastic pitch is the best of them all in MLS right now.

Yup, that game looked like Shit on TV

You would never see the seahawks field look like that ever. Im tired on MLS being always being treated as second class.

Totally agree, the field looked worse than the turf I play on in SJ...rubber pellet overload...funky boingy bounces. Seattle has the fan base and resources to have their own stadium and class field.

@ekneezy- we are chicago, meh games is what we do! And Harry is capable of a lot more, I'd like to see him on a soccer field with other players whose soccer intelligence match that of Harry shipp. He's surrounded by "meh" players here in chicago.

@skangles- rumors here in chicago say we offered 2.3mil a year to jones which he either turned down, or is thinking about depending on who is talking. I know our owner Hauptmann is cheap and will not increase the offer. We will see where he goes.

@everyone else- that field in Seattle is a joke. For a mainly summer sport, I don't see the problem with an all grass field there. It rains constantly in England and their grass grows fine. Or am I just being a dumb Midwesterner who doesn't realize how much it rains in the northwest? I've seen good weather up there all summer, looked nice last nite too. Lol to Chris, I play on a better plastic pitch than Sounders too.
