Why? That's very small minded thinking.

Rumor that he may be headed to Sunderland on a loan (no idea at all if accurate).

I would love to see him go into a relegation battle in the EPL and try to keep one of those teams up, but not as if Bournemouth are so far removed from relegation zone that they'd consider it.

would be quite ironic if hyndman went to an EPL relegation candidate, kept them up (or helped in that effort), only for bournemouth to somehow get relegated meanwhile. thats what i hope happens.

I didn't see any news come out that he transferred (deadline was 31-Jan)...did he end up staying put?? Not sure what other moves Bournemouth made, but that would be unfortunate if he's stuck and won't be getting first team minutes for the rest of the season.

He can still move within England on a loan I believe. Plus, the deadline to come to MLS is a longer one. You can no longer go to Europe but you can come to MLS. The reverse is true in the summer, I think there is an extra month to go to Europe from MLS vs Europe to MLS. So he can show up here through March I believe.

I hope he comes to MLS on loan. He needs firs team minutes. Looking like him leaving Fulham
almost two years again was a mistake. He would probably be playing in midfield for them.

I wouldn't do an MLS loan move from a European Club unless I wanted to parlay it into a move back to MLS. You're guaranteed to miss the preseason with your European parent (missing most of preseason due to injury hurt him this year) and you're just not at all close to your parent club. Out of sight can quickly become out of mind, IMO.

Go play in the Championship, Emo.

Got a PL start and played 59 minutes today for Bournemouth. Not sure what his future is with Bournemouth, but he is perhaps worth a look for the upcoming friendlies.

If these minutes get him moving in the right direction....Consistent minutes next year with Bournemouth, a Loan, or a Transfer....than I'll be happy. An inform Hyndman adds to the nice pool of CM's that are beginning to emerge for the USMNT.
McKennie, Adams, Acosta, Parks, Lletget, Scott, Hyndman, Roldan, Trapp....

We could have a nice rotation of players at midfield for tournaments/opponent match-ups if things continue to develop in our CM pool. Could see a very technical & mobile starting XI with enough depth that we could hard press our opponents. Rotation without decline in level of play would greatly help when matches are in a compressed time-frame.

If enough of these guys step it up we could move Pulisic to fill the hole we've got wide on the right side of the midfield.

-------------TBD-----------
-Saief-------Parks-------Pulisic--
-----McKennie----Adams--------

Weah/Green subs in for Saief
Hyndman/Scott subs for Parks (Chose Parks to provide some size/height)
Acosta subs for McKennie/Adams

Just need a true threat at the striker position....Sargent, Wood, Jozy, Zardes, Morris... to combine with the 3 attacking mids.

Roldan, Trapp, Jozy and Zardes can be left in the underachieveing cycles.

Morales, Green, Weah, Novakovich, Rubin, Siebatchu, Amon, Gall deserve looks

This is great news. He needs playing time ASAP. Also, this loan is early enough that he will have a full, healthy preseason to work his way into the lineup. He's gotten injured in preseason 2 or 3 years in a row so I really hope he stays healthy at Wigan.

To be honest, I sort of forgot about him with all the McKennie, Adams, Parks excitement. It'd be awesome to have another strong midfielder breaking out.
