I would say its our 2nd biggest game in us history (not counting pre world war 2). Only behind Germany QF match. A win today would be biggest win in US history as so many more people watch today then in 2002 so the win would mean more.

Im genuinely excited at this point. By the way anybody notice how many cities across the US are hosting public viewing parties? I think that US fans will make up the majority in games held in the US from here on out which is amazing. We've really turned a corner this cycle.

Old man story but I recall going to the US vs Poland Friendly in Chicago back in 2004 and being drastically outnumbered by the Polish fans to the point where you would have been willing to put money on the game being in held in Poland if you just looked at the crowd and didn't know any better.

Those days are gone. I still expect US soccer to pander to large minority groups in the US in order to maximize their revenue but I expect US fans to come out in droves from now on.

F*ck I am so amp'd. I wanted to go somewhere to watch the game and enjoy the atmosphere but when I went to a bar to watch match vs. Ghana. I was annoyed by the idiotic questions from our newbs. The most asked question was...'Why isn't Landon Donovan in the game?' *face palm*. That said, I will watch it in the educated confines of my home and get to really analyze, break down and watch my heart rate fluctuate for hopefully a US win. #IBelieve! Kaka predicts a 2-1 USA win. I predict the same. Clint & Bradley.

I dont understand why Johansson hasnt played since that first game he didnt do half bad the passes to him were terrible in the ghana game. I think klinsmann is more enamored with bringing in wondo then johansson at this point.

Yeah, AJ certainly had some good moments of passing and vision vs Ghana that W isn't going to have. AJ was tasked with a JA job that isn't his, and when he didn't fire on all cylinders, he lost value to JK, I'm thinking. If W does what he does for JK today, I will love him forever.

Personally, I have no idea what to think of this match. They are way, way, way more pedigreed. There are lots of unknowns on their side with injuries. I'm scared of seeing Green out there, or Jozy eating up a substitution. Our team vs their individuals, I guess.

I read a pretty good article on espnfc (I think) that expected wingers and underlapping runs from our fullbacks. I wouldn't be shocked if we take a few short corners today.

hmm
don't know what to think about Bedoya
Cameron could be DM by the way, so we don't know yet about RB, esp with Zusi and Bedoya out there

Beckerman sits for lack of speed vs Belgium, I'd guess
