Jozy missed a sitter apparently. He just can't catch a break.

Must have missed it. He played decently, but man there are times when he should be busting a gut to get in the box when he doesn't. There were times when he was pulling wide when he should have been staying centrally. His decision making, for a player that has been a pro for over 6 years, is still not of a high quality IMO.

I don't like being to critical on players, but Jozy is not a youth player anymore, and he is more than likely the starting striker for the US this summer. He needs to make better decisions.

Rodgers should win MOTY. Poyet, Pulis, Pellegrini, and Martinez should also get votes.

People claiming that Rodgers has greater talent than Martinez at his disposal forget that before this season, Suarez, Sturridge, and Sterling were not the force that they were this season. They'd shown flashes at most, but been very inconsistent. BR deserves credit for getting the most out of those players (and Coutinho, Henderson, Flanagan, etc.). And let's not forget that Everton finished above 'Pool the past two seasons. Not so this year.

Anybody have a link to Jozy's miss from the West Brom game? The ESPN clip didn't show it.

Over on Bleacher Report there is an article ranking the 100 best players in the premier league this year. 3 Americans are on the list. I know a lot of people don't like B/R but The article is by Sam Tighe and he's actually a good writer and a great analytical mind. The 3 Americans were Cameron, Guzan, and Howard. Here's the link:

http://m.bleacherreport.com/articles/2041523-...

- Geoff Cameron was #92 overall, 6th best right back, and 12th best full back.

- Brad Guzan was #82 overall and the 8th best keeper on the list.

-Tim Howard was #52 overall and the 5th best keeper on the list.

Overall I think they're solid rankings and it's nice to see some
Americans being recognized over in England for quality seasons especially by an English writer.

I think those are very fair rankings for the yanks. Cameron is a top end RB, Howard a world class keeper, and Guzan a notch below.

If anyone was wondering Jozy was ranked 93595892849289.
