What a season. And Palace's comeback today from 3 down is the cherry on top. What a choke-job down the stretch from Liverpool. Had the title in their hands. As a Toffee, it sure is sweet to see!

Also, anyone who says the Premier League isn't the best league in the world is delusional. Sure, the quality of play might be a bit better in Spain or Germany (though not by much), but the PL, year in and year out, is the most exciting league in the world. Hands down.

I don't know MLS is pretty exciting week in and week out due to parody. Plus it also gets really exciting at the end of the season when teams are jockeying for play-off spots. It's all opinion on what league is the best league. There is no definitve answer. I enjoy a lot of leagues e.g. MLS, EPL, Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A, Eredivisie, Brazil Serie A, and the Argentine League.

I am happy to see La Liga finally becoming more than just Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Bayern Munich ruined the Bundesliga this year.

EPL has it's days when it's exciting, but it also has its days when it isn't.

But the game today really didn't get that exciting until the 70 minute mark.

*parity. But I would love to see an MLS parody.

I just think the EPL offers the best blend of quality football, star players, tremendous support, and league parity.

LOL, it's not over yet, Citeh have a couple of chances to choke themselves, but that is unlikely. Next year should be better as Liverpool gets a year older (maybe they can get some better defenders), Chelsea will presumably get a competent striker or two to go along with Lukaku, Arsenal may spend, United will retool (if they had won this weekend they would be in the drivers seat for the final Europa League spot), and Spurs will be Spurs and either almost buy someone or waste their money.

i think the epl is the best because week in and week out u see the unexpected. in the mls there is more parity but that makes upsets less exciting... im only 18 and only started following the mls for hte last 4 years but ive followed the epl since i was 4. It so exciting and I love rooting for the underdog. for the first few years i would just watch hoping for upsets and thats what i love about is how common huge upsets are... and hte quality is obviously one of if not the best in the world

I've enjoyed MLS much more this year. The rise in quality is very evident compared to what it was 3-5 years ago. I love seeing that kind of growth.

Choked? More like a naive approach by a young manager. He had them pushing up-field pushing to make up a 9 goal GD in two games. As soon as they gave up the first goal it should have been time to close up shop but still pushing, and it's been all year long that we have given up tons of goals on bunker and counter teams. He will have to learn there are times to just close out a game. Henderson getting that red card really really hurt. I think we win today definitely with him and most likely would have gotten at least a draw vs Chelsea.

As far as Toffee fan, and that fanbase.....completely bush league. Most of the fans on forums not to mention the ones at Goodison booing when Barkley scores the wonder goal.

Still way ahead of schedule, most thought we would be fighting for 4th at best. Fighting for the league and still have a shot with one game remaining. That's with a team that cost less than a few other clubs B teams. Now BR has a 65 mil pound purse plus whatever he gets from sales plus still the best strikeforce in the PL. We'll be good to go.

I agree with 2tone. It definitely is based down to choice and preference. At the end of the day we should just enjoy all for what they are but this and age we have to compare everything. MLS is always great cause u never know what will happen because there is no legit big team

Im conflicted as a United fan. I lold hard at the Liverpool choke job but I realllllllly dont want City to win the title.

MLS is fantastic for its parity. The beginning of this season has been great. Demps scoring, Bradley the field general, Parkhurst and Edu returning. Landon searching for the record. Future US players like Trapp, Yedlin, O'Neill.

I brought up Bayern ruining it for me. I watch Bundesliga for the Yanks.

La Liga is still top heavy but its been great to see Atletico come up.

Totally agree with you. If you remember about 4 months ago I told you Pool's year was next year. This was just a bonus run for them and their fans. Enjoy it and get ready to be a consistent contender for the next 5 years at least
