I bet USA will fare better in the epl than England in MLS. Why here a team can beat u on any given day, in epl pretty much the top 5 you challenge the rest are all very beatable. Plus the style completely different. And I'm being honest USA will finish higher in the epl table than England would on the mls table.

You guys are nuts. England would annihilate any and all MLS competition. They'd be more likely to go undefeated in the MLS than finish anywhere other than first. Hart Baines Cahill Smalling Johnson Gerrard Lallana Barkley Sterling Rooney Sturridge with Welbeck Lampard Henderson Chamberlain Carrick Shaw Walker etc. Considering the Supporters' Shield last year was won by a team whose two best players are Thierry Henry and Tim Cahill, even the MLS All-Star team would be lucky to get a result against England.

Of course this is all nonsense and hypotheticals, but then so is the vast majority of what you'll find on this or any messageboard. This is the internet, right?

I'm just saying slow your roll with the USMNT predictions, and appreciate them for what they are. A scrappy underdog side with an inflated FIFA ranking and a puncher's chance in their group at the WC.

Hahaha lmao funniest post. USA is as good if not better than England. England soccer sucks and is overrated. I bet they won't get out of the group stage. As as a matter of fact I think they finish last, Costa Rica will probably beat them. Like you said before USA, portugal, Germany, how they would fare all 3 will finish in the top 3. Anyways this is a stupid thread, a good thread would of been how will USA fare in UEFA or combebol, even Caf. Etc...

"well, that's just, like, your opinion, man."

England is in a Group of Death that might even be tougher than the US's Group of Death. I think it is. Their chances of getting out of it are probably only slightly higher than the US's.

But if you had the US play England, the odds would be on England. Not even close.
