A few more notes

Chris Schuler had a great game for RSL

Steve Clark is a good GK. He was great in Norway but it's good he's in MLS on a good team. Honefoss was awful

wow the crew with 3 wins. Somehow Belhalter can fail in sweden 2nd division but he just has the crew getting it done

Because Hammarby was beyond help. Wouldn't give him the right players or get rid of their veterans resistant to change

Shipp takes the best corners I've seen in a long time. DeLeon looks more and more like Cobi Jones each passing week. These are my primary observations from the DC vs Chicago match.

Really impressed with Harry Shipp. Good pace, good skill, really good corners/free kick delivery's.

Luis Gil was very good tonight. So was Beckerman.

Eddie Johnson was very good. I think he still has a lock on that third striker position for the USMNT. I also think he starts versus Wondo on Wednesday versus Mexico.

Charlie Davies was very active for New England tonight. Good to see him getting substantial minutes again.

Don't see Brad Evans playing against Mexico seeing how he is still out injured.

Maybe Evan's absence will give Yedlin the chance to play the entire game. Anyways, can't wait for the game against Mexico.

Funny how out of nowhere Mexicans ate hugely hating on USA. A few months ago they were praising USA.

Wanted to watch Columbus vs Seattle but nothing is televised.....wonder why I can't get into MLS, being able to watch games on TV would help.

I have Dish Networks and MLS Direct Kick is $79 for the whole season. I DVR all the games and watch them at my leisure. I think $79 is a reasonable price to pay.

You would have to say that Shipp is leading the rookie of the year debate right now.

Another player that has been playing really well has been Kellyn Acosta at FC Dallas. He may not be as fast as Yedlin, even though he still has very good speed, but his defensive instincts are arguably better.

Dallas is scary good this year.

Yeah that game was off the hook, Redbulls probably had 30 shots on goal in the last 20 mins of the game
