I actually think they cover guys like this so when they in fact don't make the squad, there is more melodrama when he exits.

Makes for good television when you are more invested and knowledgeable of their situation.

Bubble players make great subplots.

Man, I know. It would be awesome if they showed those exit interviews.

Totally. A la Hard Knocks. It's gut-wretchingly awesome.

1) anyone that thinks Beckerman is not making the team now is crazy... He is arguably the hardest working player there, and could possibly start
2) Bradley is going to be our mvp. I mean not counting Howard, but Bradley is more locked in then anyone ive ever seen ever...
3) I hope gonzo goes home. I hate to say that but 7 have to go, and he is not going to be ready.
4) i would hate to see the cut decisions on live tv... this people have put their lives into the game and into our country's team, and i cant imagine what it would be like to be told u are not going to Brazil... I mean its a harsh reality but im glad theyre not doing any reality tv ish twist

Really about beckerman. If I had to bet money on if he makes it or not I'd bet he's there. However if edu gets selected over him I don think it's an outrageous decision. Barrin a jones injury and/or suspension neither guy will play more than a token sub appearance.

Thinking Jozy won't make the team is crazy. Thinking beckerman won't make the team may be contrarian but it's far from crazy.

Just finished watching the episode. Great stuff, I enjoyed watching the ball juggling drill. The interview with Omar was extremely interesting to me. I still have not heard what his "little" knee knock was, anybody else know anything? He himself realizes the days he is losing on the sidelines are going to probably get him cut. In the end, I want healthy players on the team that busted their bums in camp. Putting his April Mexico game performance down to "just starting" his season is BS. In the end, if he cannot perform in the camp, why should he go over someone else who did?
As far as ESPN showing the player reactions to the cuts, IMO that is plain wrong. Do you remember how you felt when you were cut from a team after tryouts? We do not need to show their pain on TV.
I cannot wait to see the team at Red Bulls Stadium. I have an extra ticket to the game if anyone is interested.

Just a reminder that Episode 3 airs tonight at 7pm Eastern. It's an hour long this time and methinks we might hear the name Landon discussed once or twice.
