Another USsoccer reject, but I was not apart of the ESPN board, these other guys invaded my USsoccer boards, but they made it a lot of fun. And now that the other forum is closing I'm migrating over here with them.

USA vs Portugal 2002 wc
Any navy kit, but my favorite is the 2006 away navy wc jersey. (Remake of 1995)
McBride

Burke. Check your PMs. Most went to DERP.

US vs Italy in the 2006 WC. 1-1 draw with 9 men (they had 10). Still my fav. US game. Beasley scored our second goal which was disallowed because McBride was offside and blocking the keeper's field of vision. It was the right call but I am still pissed about it.

I liked the 2002 jerseys. I also like the 94 denim jerseys in a nostalgic sort of way.

Cobi Jones being Mexico's kryptonite is about as good as it gets.

1. Algeria (with just the first half of the 2009 Confederations Cup Final a close second...can't believe we let that one get away)
2. The Centennial Kit
3. Brek Shea - ran into him in a bar in Uptown Dallas before the Gold Cup last summer, introduced myself, bought him a beer, then took a shot with him and his pals.

And to answer @kernn63, the current crest is an absolute travesty. It should be relegated to peewee soccer with those chain link jerseys that were so popular in the late 90s.

Holto, I'm currently using both boards. Not sure if I'll favor one or the other.

As for the questions:

1) Algeria game
2) Blue pinstripe kit from a few years ago.
3)Can't say I have a favorite or 'coolest player ever'. Bradley is likely my favorite player, however.

as for the bonus round... the US should adopt the centennial crest as the permanent crest.

What's DERP?

A forum started by a Suckernet poster. When the forums were scrapped, he decided to build a forum since he's an IT guy. A lot of posters went there....selected most of the good ones from EPL threads....mostly Liverpool fans as he was a Liverpool fan but we have a few Arsenal, United, City, and had one Chelsea posters....trying to expand to get more voices though most follow all EPL so no one is talking to himself if they come in as a random PL follower. It's a great setup.

#2 So easy...the 1994 home kit Ha! They're all bad. We haven't really come up with anything stellar yet...there's a fatal flaw in every one of them. Bad crest, logo, colors, stone wash, pinstripes, freakish oversized crest... the list goes on and on. Actually the centennial kit is pretty clean.

#3 Wynalda

I'm against any crest that includes a Telstar soccer ball to remind people what sport they're watching.

USSF should just steal the coiled rattler logo from Nike for the crest. Barring that happening, I'll go with the centennial.

What's up guys? I've been on YA for quite a while, though I did spend most of my time with the rest of these refugees on the US Soccer forum. Good to see everyone here and thanks for starting the train Holto.
