Sometimes it's okay to enjoy stories on players who aren't good enough for the USMNT, just because they're good stories and good people.

Here's the story on Sean Reynolds. Last year he was working in Home Depot. Then with one last Hail Mary chance to stay involved in the sport, he caught the attention of FH (formally known as FH Hafnarfjardar) - a team which finished second in Iceland's Premier League in 2013 and qualified for Europa League qualifiers this summer in 2014. Also this year, they are expected to contend for the Icelandic Premier League title.

FH was impressed and decided to offer Reynolds a one-year contract.

From Home Depot to the Europa League, not bad. Sometimes the little stories are great too.

It's a good story. Dreams can come true if you are willing to work hard and take risks.

Awesome story. Always good to see guys who just love the sport find ways to keep playing. Here's hoping he scores a Europa league goal against a big 4 team next year

This is so awesome..

Sean Reynolds is now starting for FH who are in first place in Iceland's Premier League and could play in Champions league qualifiers in 2015.

The club is also in Europa League qualifying and advanced yesterday into second round with Reynolds going a full 90.

This beats working in Home Depot where he was earlier in the year.

Certainly not USMNT related but this is one of the more feel-good stories in American Soccer right now.

Pellegrino Matarazzo and VfB Stuttgart got their Bundesliga campaign off the ground on Saturday with a win over Mainz.
