Looks like a fake, not triangular stars in the neck area, besides, it is BLUE, WHITE AND RED in reverse, instead of RED WHITE AND BLUE...

Red, White and Blue in horizontal stripes (in that order) is the Dutch flag.

My guess is that this is nothing more than either a fake or the warm up jersey for Brazil. I doubt Nike and the USMNT would be dumb enough to make that a serious consideration for a jersey.

If it is real tho, they messed up. BIG TIME.

I have a bud that works at World Soccer Shop. He says it's the real deal.

Just don't purchase the jersey. Hit US soccer and Nike where it counts. I will not be buying wither home or the away jersey. Thank you Nike for saving me 100 bucks.

I really like the home jersey and will buy one. This is one of their best Home jerseys in my opinion but I like things simple and classy which is the exact opposite of how I feel about the rumored away jersey.

More pictures of the away jersey are surfacing and Todo Sobre Camisetas have picked it up (and they're usually right). It looks terrible.

I haven't bought a jersey since 2002 when I had a Beasley #17, I may have to go the Beasley route again on my home jersey to come full circle.

gogoalshop.com has both the centenial jersey and the new world cup one for like $45 and their pretty legit. So if you don't want to pay $100 for them I'd go there. I got an Aron johannsson centenial and a Daniel Sturridge Liverpool home kit from there in the past few months and they both were perfect condition and not fake or anything.

Plus they have pretty much any jersey you can think of on there and most let you customize to any player you want.

Goes without saying that those are fake. But In reality given the poor design US Soccer shouldn't be selling the real thing for more that $40 ha.

I was skeptical too but i promise you they are as real as they come. They come with all the certifications and nike/warior/adidas tags. Have all the patches and climacool sections on the jersey the patches are stitched and everything. If you think it's fake that's fine but its less than half the price and are pretty much as real as they come. I've bought sh*t jerseys on ebay and those sites before so I do a lot of research into it before I purchase them anymore and this site has given me 2/2 on jerseys

Gotcha. One reason why I initially made the assessment that the kits were not authentic was because when I first went to the site this morning I noticed that the jersey was made in Thailand, which is a known exporter of fake kits aside from China, etc. Additionally I checked out a forum on BigSoccer in which people discussed whether it was real and a poster stated that he live chatted with the company and they admitted that their kits weren't real.

However, a lot of people that ordered from them were very pleased with the quality so your statement definitely has merit.

Yeah exactly I'm sure they are fake, but they do a hell of a job on the quality so for 40$ well worth it.

How was the numbering on your customized Gogoalshop jerseys? Did the name/number start to peel after it's been washed?

They are right up there with the denims in terms of horribleness from my view. I'm glad that they made the back a solid red though. That somewhat mitigates.

On the homes, I thought they were close. They should have made a contrasting collar/sleeves and made the light gray striping a bit more visible (somewhat like the confed cup unis).

Of course, the crest just makes everything look amateur. Again, the tone deafness of US Soccer to loud fan complaints on this front is amazing to me.

Any ideas on whether a 3rd jersey will be made?
