Huh? I am not talking about every team. I am talking about the USMNT. Blue for home and Red for away.

But if US was allowed to do it then other countries would to. Its a staple throughout sports. Home teams wear white. Its classy. Its American.

Wasn't Joe Davis the same guy who leaked those fake White jerseys that were linked on the first page?

Well, I was sort of right. Joe Davis claimed that these were our jerseys back in September.

https://twitter.com/joedavis4/status/37993018...

He lost all credibility with his September post and I'm not sure he had any credibility to begin with. Who is he and why is he deemed to be an insider? His "Friend at Nike" card didn't get him very far on the first go around.

Captain Kirk meets Captain America...has a bold super hero look...so over the top it's strangely appealing.

couldn't we just keep the centennial crest/kit and just add a blue collar?

Not a fan at all.... boring and completely lacking anything that represents the USA except the colors.... no invention here.

We need to keep the red and white stripes. It is unique. It is something that sets us apart.

Everyone knows when Croatia is playing, when Argentina is playing, Brazil, Netherlands, Mexico, Spain, Portugal.

They have a consistent theme with their jerseys that everyone recognizes. We need something like that. I love the stripes. I would rather have us create our own identity than mimicking England and France.

For christ sake, half of the teams in the world have white kits. And tons have blue kits. ITS NOT ORIGINAL. WE NEED AN IDENTITY. Something that tells people who we are no matter where we go.
