Lletget at least forced a very good save from the Nottingham Forest' GK early in the second half. Which would have been the equalizer at that time.

To be honest guys, his 'good shot' looked a rather poor shot with a nice deflection taking it to the near post.

Nothing wrong with his 'safe' play throughout the game, but if that's your style as a CM, you must continually show for your team in good positions. He showed a good bit, but seemed to put himself in poor positions to receive the ball which often times resulted in his team passing elsewhere.

Not aggressive in defense either. Was not directly at fault for any goal and did track back well.

Tried playing the simple ball most of the night, not a negative just a description.

Seb seriously needs to go out on loan at a Championship club, it would do him a world of good. In a couple of years he could be starting for west ham.

Sebastian Lletget has netted his 4th goal of the season for West Ham U21's. Currently down 2-1 v. Man United late in the second half.

Geez this kid needs to start playing either in bottom EPL side or a championship side. Extremely young and should be very comfortable adapting to EPL play.

Hmm not that young to be playing in sub 21's. There are quite a bit of players his age that are almost veterans in the epl. Been playing since they were teens.

That's are world class players or very talented players that caught the right break. He still has plenty of time to get into the right situation, there are many MANY instances where players don't break into the 1st team till 23/24 years old.

I agree but not all are world class when they started many played a lot in their teens and are now in 2nd or 3rd division teams playing. He recently had a shot in a cup game and they lost 5-0, he also had a below average game. I think he has to get loaned out or come to mls. even in mls he will have a tough time getting playing time.

Yeah they aren't all world class which is why I put the second part "very talented players that caught the right break." As far as getting a shot in the cup game and they lost 5-0. That comes from someone who doesn't watch the EPL or West Ham in general. They normally play a variation of a 4-5-1, and spread the balls to the wings to service in or ball long ball. Big Sam played a 3-5-2 with no CBs, had a DM playing CB, a LB playing LCB, RB playing LCB, then played Lletget out of position, pushing him back as a DLP most of the game. He still played well. He can get PT in the MLS easily.

Kid really needs to go out on loan or something..stuck in the reserves. Not even traveling with West Hams first team to New Zealand..have seen good reviews every time he plays by fans and others, seems he could get in a Championship team..

He can play for Blackpool. Just kidding. This is a huge year for Lletget if he's going to have a Premier League future. He did play in their friendly against Ipswich, any news on reasons why he may have been left behind?
