We have cameron. Jk love affair with evans will come to an end. We just need a major evans mistake during a game.

I think Cam at RB was always the most likely starter with Dolo out but Evans was being tested for quality and consistency. With Dolo looking more and more like he could return to full fitness quite a bit before the end of the season he'll have a chance to get that form back and would still be my pick for starter and captain in Brazil.

Strictly about Evans vs. Cameron, I don't give a rat's butt if Evans has been consistent in the games he has played for the USMNT. The better player should be put in that role. Especially the player who can better handle that competition of GER, POR, GHA. Cameron has played consistently well in the EPL at RB against Man U, Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal, etc. I am calling out anyone who thinks Evans SHOULD BE (I am talking your personal opinion, and don't respond with "my personal opinion doesn't mean anything, only coach's does") ahead of Cameron at RB as foolhardy.

Cameron for me... He has been slighted embarrassingly by Klinns and has really come into his own in the BPL this year... Him and Chandler.

Evans as reserve backup... He deserves it from his performances (steady but not outstanding) and I have a feeling he is a good "locker room" guy
