I really dont understand why MLS teams dont want to host the final at the nearest NFL stadium.

Arrowhead stadium would be perfect.

The final shoud be at arrowhead but mls wants it to be in the home of the team which is pretty fair. Im sure a portland v kc final would easily get 60k plus fans.

that game really highlighted the lack of depth even in good MLS teams

houston never really had a chance with clark and bruin out... driver and weaver are pretty mediocre players - ok off the bench but not guys that can really help you win a conference title as starters.

the one exception seems to be RSL - but with more expansion coming, that will probably change

the 'next step' for MLS is more quality depth, at least on the better teams. even a team like LA has been pretty weak beyond the 1st 11 last few years

with expansion, dont see this happening for quite a while,,,

Sporting park and arrowhead are 22 miles apart from each other. KC has already been awarded the MLS final based on record.
