This KC V Houston game is even, and pretty good. If Houston played like this all of the time, I wouldn't be so hard on them. They are playing pretty attractive soccer right now.

That has to be the most ugliest game I've ever seen, its like watching Stoke City vs Stoke City. I expect better at Sporting Park.

Didn't think it was that ugly. the second half was srappy, but the first half was decently attractive.

You are never going to get highly attractive soccer in these types of games. And I would guess the RSL V Portland game will be scrappy too.

Don't know why people have a problem with long throw-ins either.

Both of these teams just played 120 minutes 3 days ago as well.

I wonder if Conference Championships should go back to one game? Both of these teams clearly needed some time off.

Yeah that game was ugly.

They don't play till the 23rd so they'll get their rest.

I'd rather keep the conference championships as a home and home series. MLS catered their schedule to the FIFA dates. I cannot complain about that but it means that the aggressive schedule to squeeze the games in is going to lead to some erratic play.

kinnear >>> vermes

ill take houston

and id take kinnear over JK in a second

and ill still take davis over zusi in a 1 game play-off... maybe zusi will prove me wrong...

i actually think the guy to watch is eric brunner - the guy is really hit or miss. if SKC is scoring i am guessing brunner has been burned or made a mistake. if he plays well, i like houstons chances

OH THANK GOD. So glad Houston isn't in the finals. Fingers crossed for a big Portland turnaround tomorrow night.

Yes. No Houston in the finale.

Pretty good game. KC was excellent.

Zusi and Feilhaber were huge tonight.

It doesn't matter to me who comes out of the West. Either team will make for a good spectacle against KC.

If only Zusi's work-rate/attitude would rub off on Feilhaber, we would have a great player to come off the bench for USMNT.
