Why not Magee? The Fire, early on were awful, would have probably end at the bottom of the East (except for DC). Magee gets traded there and all of a sudden they are a playoff team! Magee was the best player for LA early in the season, got traded, then singlehandedly drug the Fire to the playoffs! Magee MVP.

O damn my bad! I seemed to have thought Chicago had snuck into that 5th spot. Alright, now Keane or Valeri seem the wiser choice.

Some great points made about Keane and I have no problem with him winning this award.

I still prefer Valeri for what he did and I think he'll win but Keane is certainly worthy.
