And a nice one too... We know Jozy is streaky, will Poyet give him a shot in the Premier League?

Given he was the only goal scorer for Sunderland, I'd like to think he warrants another cameo at minimum.

youd think it warrant another cameo but in Poyet logic it means fletcher gets the sub instead of Altidore. Stupid decision since Jozy gaining more confidence .

The worst part is that we have watch the ugly Sunderland Football and keep our fingers crossed that Jozy would get some action.

Sunderland is awful... Zero wins

Sunderland is truly an awful team. Today was those exceptions where they created chances and couldnt finish to save their life. Usually its a lets survive type of game. Every striker needs chances to get into a rhythym and this team just doesnt do that for them, exception of today. 4 strikers with 2 league cup goals only and 0 Prem goals says alot about this team.
Even Leicester City and Burnley are better teams

not looking good for Altidore at all. Fletcher getting an assist and goal with Wickham getting a goal as well.

Like I have stated before it's on Jozy for not producing when he got his chances last year. He had plenty of starts and minutes last year. I don't blame Poyet at all for benching and not playing Jozy.

I think it's high time Klinsmann does the same.

I really hope Zardes gets an extended run out.

Now Fletcher with 2 goals. Jozy is going to become fast friends with that bench.

Not only is he a bench option but i dont even think he is an attacking option. He is more of a defensive option to hold off pressure in games when they want to hold a result. Now i thing Jozy should think of a loan. Fletcher before today has looked worse than Jozy yet he has gotten the look?

So frustrating seeing jozy bench and not even sniffing the field and its justified he is doing something wrong

I would love him to go to PSV or a top team in Eredivisie that can make it to CL or heck Lille is a good choice in france.
Sick of seeing sunderland thinking their some great club and jozy just needs a new club because he just hasnt cut it in EPL

Eredivisie is the safest choice for him. PSV or Ajax would be nice since he would already be familiar with this league and would be scoring goals and even aspire to CL.
Jozy doesnt need to be in some top league we all know that Jozy just needs to be scoring and he will be confident .

I've watched nearly every minute of every Sunderland game since Jozy went there. He's mostly been not just bad but comically bad. I mean, the ball bounces 15 feet off of his feet every time he tries to control it, back-to-goal. After his goal in the Cup tie vs. Stoke, he did that 4 or 5 times. I happened to watch the first half hour of so of the Czech match. It's as if some other Jozy shows up for the USMNT. His control is better, his movement is better. I have never seen that Jozy in a Sunderland shirt. The fans mostly think he's one of the worst strikers ever in the Prem, and they have a case, yet we know he can play well and score against the world's top international sides in competitive matches. Most of us realize the whole reason we played so woefully defensively in the WC was because he went down to injury, and he was so important to our whole strategy, and there was no plan B. So WTF????!!

Aaayyyyy. Looks like we all might get our wish! Sources close to Sunderland saying that Jozy, along with Mavrias and Giaccherini, will try to be moved in the January window.

Come on Eredivisie!

I agree Jozy has been horrific and a different players for us versus Sunderland that is clear. Saying that I thinks part of the fault has to go to go Sunderland. Either they fail to motivate him or the environment or something. Not to mention they are a terrible team as well. Cant also brush off the fact that he can produce at the international level (higher level) and not produce something decent at the club level (At least 5 goals or so)

At this rate I could care less where Jozy goes as long as he is playing, getting minutes and scoring because the fact is he doesnt need to play EPL to produce for us. He just needs to be gaining confidence and scoring.
