Seattle with a 4th straight loss. Dempsey still cant score a goal. Which got me thinking did his game decline or is mls that much better. I think mls is much better, and very competitive, any European star that comes to mls and think their gonna have the same results they need to think again. Mls is one of the most competitive leagues in the world, is hard to have the same success here..

Good games today and tomorrow.. Many teams making late playoff pushes and supporter shield.

It's always hard for players coming from Europe to acclimate with MLS. Lungberg had problems adapting. Henry has had problems adapting. Beckham had problems adapting, and there are and were plenty more.

It's always going to be hard for Dempsey to have an immediate impact with the Sounders. But his link up play and has been good, and his work rate as well. The fact remains that Seattle still lacks in plenty of areas i.e. LB, CB, and a few really good wingers. Rosales is to inconsistent, and Zakuani was out injured again for most of the season.

The Sounders will more than likely crash out of the play-offs again, and I would argue that the front office should really look and see if Sigi Schmidt is the right coach to continue at the helm in the off season. Bob Bradley will be available.

I think the sheer physicallity of the league is gettin to dempsey a bit. TBH that Dallas Seattle game was a horrible watch. Half the time they couldn't seem to string more than 2 or 3 passes together. Kinda glad Hyndman is retiring I hate the style Dallas plays. They have enough technical players that they don't need to play such brutish hoof ball.

The Portland Seattle game was brilliant to watch the other day. Technical, fluid, and physical. Most importantly, both teams have the ability to put together intelligent and technical attacks. MLS needs to find a way of getting the league standard closer to that instead of what you saw in Dallas today.

Really impressed that the Revs attendance is around 30,000. Considering that tonight is game 6 of the ALCS in Boston.

That was a fun game to watch between the Revs and Crew.

I have to say that Rowe's game reminds of Wesley Sneider. A cannon for a shot, good passer, and very good dribbler.

I would have to agree, he has a similar case to De Rosario both were traded then went on a tear carrying both their teams but Magee's looks destined for the playoffs.

Should be.. But doubt the league would give it to him... I think mls should consider defensive players goalies, even midfielders for mvp.. Not just leading scorers...

Anyone one thing Magee should get a shot at one of the wide positions in January? I certainly do, I know he plays as a striker for Chicago both he is a damn good wide player at LA who can cut in.
